Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: He lied about ordering a new box from [redacted] When the box he put in wasn't working and he came back out [redacted] said, "I am carrying this box back to [redacted] and have them order a new one." I checked with them and he NEVER had them order oneWhen he came back to put it in, it was the same boxI even called [redacted] afterward to see if he had them order a new one and he never didHe avoided most all of my callsHe can keep the money if he feels he is deserving of itI don't appreciate being lied to He also lied about ordering the Delta part b/c he never ordered it like he said he didHe just glued the old part downThat is why I wasn't charged for thatAsk him to see receipts for where he ordered them like he said he didHe couldn't show me any proofI asked him to please send me a copy and he never did Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:For the 5+ years I have owned this business, never have I had a complaint or a customer that would not listen to the reason for the trouble they were having I have tried explaining on numerous occasions to Mrs [redacted] what the problem is and have even been hung up on by her while in mid sentence of explainingThe only parts she was charged for by my company were for repairing the tub drain and it's partsWe never charged her for the Delta parts or the Whirlpool parts from [redacted] , which she ordered herself from [redacted] I cannot stand by parts that I did not order or pay forLet me be clear - Mrs [redacted] was NEVER charged for the Delta parts or the Whirlpool parts from [redacted] !The bill for $was for repairing the tub drain, including those parts to repair, and for the INSTALLATION ONLY of the Whirlpool tub pump & control panel that was NOT furnished by my company In order to install the control panel, we had to cut the tub for it to fitMrs [redacted] was told before hand that in order to get to part of the pump, the sheetrock would have to be cut and that we do not repair sheetrock, she would need to hire someone else to repair the sheetrockIf you have any further questions, please feel free to email me at any time I do not feel that we owe Mrs [redacted] a return for services renderedSincerely, [redacted] ***Southern Home Solutions, Inc

I would have to say I relied on the credibility of a family First of all the company to me doesn't process documents the traditional way a tax prepare would have secondly the apparent to be on meaning submitting documents and there processing time is fabricatedthis company has lied about sending my paper work ..when there is followup there are no attempts to cotreat or speak to the customerI feel like I shouldn't have to chase them diwn for what belongs to me I could elaborate on alit,of other things but I bought this lesson never again will I support this company

I checked with them and he NEVER had them order one. When he came back to put it in, it was the same box. I even called [redacted] afterward to see if he had them order a new one and he never did. He avoided most all of my calls. He can keep the money if he feels he is deserving of it. I don't appreciate being lied to.  He also lied about ordering the Delta part b/c he never ordered it like he said he did. He just glued the old part down. That is why I wasn't charged for that. Ask him to see receipts for where he ordered them like he said he did. He couldn't show me any proof. I asked him to please send me a copy and he never did.
