Edgemed is refusing to give me all health records for my medical office according to my contract with them.They are charging app $20,for same
Edgemed is the present provider of my EHR system for my medical office.Their service is very poor and unreliable and I have engaged another EHR provider.I have requested all medical records to be migrated into the new system and Edgemed is demanding a cost of $20,which is unaffordable by my small solo primary care office with limited cash flow.I have a contract that clearly states that Edgemed must provide me with all health care records.They are holding the records hostage.I have to have all medical records to provide continued care;to provide Medicare and other insurance companies copies of medical records;to provide other providers for referral and to provide copies to patients at their requests

Contractor ignored my phone calls and texts after concerns about a deck stain. Issues with the job where ignored and blame was given elsewhere before he ignored all contact.
