has been some significant miscommunication and by no means did the property, nor the employees of the property, have the intention of inducing statements that could be deemed inappropriateDue to the miscommunication regarding the $nonrefundable fee and the perception that our offices meant any ill-will, Saddle Club and Mr*** have settled this matter amongst the partiesIt has been requested to our accounting departing that Mr*** receive his $non-refundable payment back in a timely manner to the current address on file. On behalf of Saddle Club Townhomes and its representatives, we hope that Mr*** and his wife can move forward accordingly and accept our sincere apologies for any discomfort they may have experienced during this experience.
