I have spoken to my boss and she has allowed us to authorize one month of free paper, and then the account will be cancelled.

I have been working with [redacted] and corporate on this issue. Both checks were issued and there was a miscommunication on corporate’s end and they cancelled the larger check, so it did bounce. We did issue a new check on 12/22/16 (check #[redacted]) and the $5 fee was added.

I personally am reaching out to and are working with your carrier/District Manager on ensuring your daily delivery. When your subscription first started, the representative that started it had mistakenly put your address on the wrong route, which was why your paper never came initially, and we apologize for this mistake. The representative has been coached on how to correctly handle subscription starts in the future.
We have attempted to reach out to you numerous times from our local office in regards to this issue, and will be more than happy to speak to you about your wishes with your subscription payment. Please contact our local office if you wish to have your subscription payment refunded. Until then, we will continue working to resolve your delivery issues.
