The person who installed our gutters was *** *** He was very efficient and competent To our surprise he worked alone but completed the work well and cleaned up after himself He told us to go to a website and answer three questions to be entered into a drawing for $ When I went to the site, did not see anywhere that I could enter a feedback

Great service and installation So happy with our windows!

The company in North Charleston Sc, failed to meet the schedule for installation, it took them a week to install the S&F, the failed to reattach the wires that they took down. The tub product does not work and they failed to fix it. Now I am stuck with a $11,000.00 bill for a product that does not work and can't get it fixed. The Tub company states that the installation was incorrect and outside of there warranty. They left material in the yard from the F&S. They make appointments then don't keep them, when you call you get lip service only no results. Don't use these guys.

Our experience with Taylor construction was way worse than buying a car! We contacted Taylor construction for an estimate on new energy efficient windows. When I made the appointment those people were very nice and had great customer service. But they were over an hour late I called and all I got was an apology. "I don't know why I can't get ahold of my technician, and if you buy our windows within a year you'd receive an inconvenience discount". So I reschedule for the following day at noon. Once again over an hour late! I called and I was told the sales person was stuck on [redacted] When he finally got here he had a completely different story. I never receive a call saying they were on there way and was late or anything. Moving on to the consultation. Our sales person had never done a window estimate. We had explained that he was an hour and a half late and that he had plans. (This appointment was on a Saturday) The sales person told us that he couldn't complete the estimate in an hour and a half. By the time he took his measurements for 6 windows, (4 windows are the exact same size), figured out the prices, we sat down 2.5 hours later to hear the sales pitch and pick out product. After the extremely long sales pitch of bull [redacted] we got the price that was 6,000 for 6 windows! Then we were told it would take 4-6 weeks for our windows to come in! After we said that was way too much and this was our first estimate and we had other scheduled he tried everything he could to pressure us as well as insult us in our home on how stupid we were for not buying the windows RIGHT THEN AND THERE! He proceeded to call his boss to get the price lowered. He said if we would put our name down for other potential customers to call us to get our opinion about there product, (which was in a book we were given to look at to call whoever we'd like but said CONFIDENTIAL), then if we'd put a sign in our yard for 30 days, and if we'd dress up in a chicken costume and carry there sign, they got the price down almost 1,000. Since this is the first thing we are doing to fix up our home is why we wanted many estimates because we are young and first time home buyers so that is only reasonable. Then we were insulted because of our stupidity for not buying the windows right on the spot.

Funny thing is I called Taylor construction because of a referral. This referral had 12 windows installed for the same price!!!!!! I will not use Taylor construction and I will make sure this review is known everywhere.
