My sister and I listed my late mother's property with Century Northwest and listed with sales agent Ellie R***The property was to close escrow on Oct 21st of and it never closed we have a contract with a buyer and nothing has happened since thensince that time I have tried to talk to the broker and she refuses to talk to me and my sister in person or return any phone callsEllie R*** who is the listing agent hasn't done her job to sell this propertyI lost three jobs my carI'm currently living in my home with no running water and no sewerI'm very upset weith the sale agent and her broker
Rodica B*** (Agent/Broker) was the seller agent for the house I just purchased, after the inspection we agreed on a list of things needed to be fixedSeller's agent is fully in charge of hiring the right people to fix everything, after we close the house and went to the house, two of the problems were not fixed, one was fixed the three days later after the closing date, and another one is not fixed at allWe also don't have both garage openers which the seller's agent said they have dropped them off (which they are no where to be found)I have called seller agent and she is refuse to help or give out any information for the problems they suppose to fix, and said this is all my problems now.The seller agent does not want to give out any information or showing any interest of fixing the problemsDuring our house buying process, she is always very delay on all the responsesI have bought many real estate and dealt with many real estate agents before, as we have multiple rental homes, I advise if you are out of town any trying to sell your house she is not be the best agent for that
