Mr [redacted] 's complaint is simply inaccurate in all detailsThe !registration fee is clearly disclosed on page one of his contract and he authorized us (on 10/27/when he signed his contract) to charge his credit card the $on 11/27/We did soOn December 18, he was offered two units in Las VegasHe simply did not respond to that offer(in his cased we waived the threshold limitation)In his only conversation with our new member services agent Mr [redacted] was reminded that his contract required that he have at least $paid in the contract (again this fact is clearly disclosed on page one of his contract)He was also told very clearly that we had units in Cancun at that time (December) for a June wedding tripHe said that he would call us back (we have this conversation on record) and he never did soIn the meanwhile Mr [redacted] has become seriously delinquent on his account and I suspect that is the real motivation for his bogus chargesWe have cancelled his contract

specific location, DestinAnd he did not provide a "month notice" as he says rather his notice was a bit over monthsHis contract states that the reservation process asks for two destinations and two different weeksWe were not booked in the entire panhandle of FloridaMr*** insisted on Destin and Destin onlyAs an aside his airline travel certificate does not cost $300.00, rather tickets to any major airport in the continental USA for $eachFinally, Mr *** does not help his position by calling us a SCAMIn the last two years we have provided over 10,weeks of vacation services to our clientsHardly a scam
We will be delighted to rescind his contract and refund his monthly contract loan payments paid to date ($818.56) and his annual activity fees paid to date ($511.60)We will retain his depositShould MrBrunner care to accept this offer then he should call our Member Services manager, *** *** She may be reached at X XXX XXX-XXXX

I called her but she was not available until Wednesday to talkI talked to the travel agent and I requested the month of June (not one week) and the entire pan handle of FL(not just Destin) So I will wait for her call back to see where she gets her information atIt just seems every time I try to do something there is a problemI look forward to her phone call

Mr*** called Ms*** late Monday afternoon, February 8, She returned his call on Wednesday, the 10th (our office closes on Tuesday for Madre Gras)He told her he did not want to cancel nor did he want our refund offerRather he wanted us to provide a facility for his vacationHe did not request the month of JuneHe provided two specific dates in June that he could travel (we have this conversation on tape)The very next day we called and offered him a bedroom unit in Sunrise Beach Resort in the Panama CityWe had to leave a voice mailWe called again on Monday the 15th and left another voice mail and we sent an e-mail alertHe returned the call and declined the offer because he said that NOW HE NEEDED TWO BEDROOM CONDOSWe will try our best to accommodate this change and this response in now my last word on this issue

Most of this is true, I am done as wellThe reason I declined the payout is because they were not going to give me my 900$ deposit and they knew from the beginning I needed two unitsI have had to book else where and will try again next year

The !50.00 registration fee is clearly disclosed on page one of his contract and he authorized us (on 10/27/15 when he signed his contract) to charge his credit card the $150.00 on 11/27/15. We did so. On December 18, 2015 he was offered...

two units in Las Vegas. He simply did not respond to that offer. (in his cased we waived the threshold limitation). In his only conversation with our new member services agent Mr. [redacted] was reminded that his contract required that he have at least $900.00 paid in the contract (again this fact is clearly disclosed on page one of his contract). He was also told very clearly that we had units in Cancun at that time (December) for a June wedding trip. He said that he would call us back (we have this conversation on record) and he never did so. In the meanwhile Mr. [redacted] has become seriously delinquent on his account and I suspect that is the real motivation for his bogus charges. We have cancelled his contract.

I Have paid southern journeys 200 dollars and do not want it back even though I haven't used any services  I simply would like to not have this affect my credit report and score and be done with this terrible experience. Sincerely
