Southern Lakes Roofing

I called Southern Lakes Roofing on 11/7/15 hoping someone could come out to give me an estimate on a new roof. A woman answered the phone. I asked her if there was any way possible to get someone out to give me a quote on a new roof. I explained to her that I needed to get a new roof as soon as possible because my roof leaks and I'd like to get it replaced as soon as possible. The following week if they had room in their schedule would be great. She asked where I am located and I told her Lake Geneva. She said they are in Lake Geneva doing a roof. She will call them and call me back with an estimated time they will be at my home. I waited and did not get a call. I called back and left a voice message leaving my cell number as I had to run out. I explained on the message that I will still be in Lake Geneva, so if they call I can be there shortly. I never received a call on my cell. When I came back home I called again leaving a voice message saying that I am home. I waited all day and NEVER received a call. I thought that maybe their roofing job in Lake Geneva took longer than they thought. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt even though she never called back with an estimated time for who ever was going to give me the estimate. On 11/9/15 I called around 8am and, again, the voice mail. I said who I was and I never received a call nor did anybody show up to give me an estimate. I asked that somebody, please, call me. My roof needs to be replaced. It's an emergency. It leaks. I, also, said if they did not want the job or do not have time to do the job in the immediate future to, please, at least, call me to let me know. I said I heard that they are a good company and do quality work. I reiterated the fact that it is an emergency because of the leak and the weather is going to get too cold and snowy to replace a roof. I left my number again. Again, I said if they didn't want the job for what ever reason to please call me and let me know. No call. Nothing. Thankfully I did find a company to come out and are replacing my roof tomorrow. I think it's terrible for a company to tell me they will call back with a time for estimate then not call. And to still not call back after calling again and ask them to please call whether they want the job or not. It's not very professional to leave people waiting for something they had no intention of doing. Word of mouth is the best advertising there is, and now I have nothing good to say about this company. Very disappointed.
