Mr. did not honor his contract or provide a refund as agreed.
Mr. advised us for several weeks that someone would be out to our home to touch up our fence. To date, he has not been to touch up the fence. He also agreed to provide a refund for our gazebo door that we paid him for. He reports that the door came in wrong. However, we have several messages where he indicated that the door arrived and he would be out to install. To date, we have not received a refund. His contract states a one year warranty which he has not honored

Desired Outcome

A refund for the door as he stated. He refuses to complete the touch up on the fence which is part of his contract.

Southern Landscaping destroyed my yard with a cement truck and never came back to fix it and staying in writing they would fix my yard back.
I paid Southern Landscaping $2200 October 2019 for concrete patio slab. In the process of installing the concrete slab, *** drove a concrete truck through my yard resulting in huge runts in my yard and destroying in the grass. *** stated will put my yard back to its original by the end of November 2019. We have called several times and he always have an excuse about other jobs and so on.

Desired Outcome

I want *** to flatten and resod my yard like he said he would.

With Shameka... we've tried to contact them amidst all the rain and the holidays about fixing the yard. I told them we were coming
They wanted a date and time and I told them we couldn't provide that. I texted them last week and offered to come fix it they wanted more of a notice. I told them I can't give a time because of weather but we were coming that day... they did not comply.
Then she gets on social media on someone else's page and tried to bash me under a picture that had nothing to do with her job... and I stated Im not going to fix it.. I've tried and tried to be nice to them and just say several times were going to fix even told them we were coming that said Day buy they didn't comply.. but like everything else with the Revdex.com they support the consumer and other contractors have Clients just like this and after they get so many bad complaints they change business names.. I'm not doing that because of people like her.. this is my reply to her complaint

Mr. reach out to us last about fixing the yard. We simply ask what day will he be fixing the yard? He claimed he could fix it that day. I said fine and asked what time will he be at the house that day. He responded 2 hours later, "i told you 59,000 time I cannot give you a time." Mr. has been telling us since November 6, 2019 that he coming fix the yard. Mr. gets irate and hang up when asked for day and time he is coming. Mr. is simply playing games and had no intention of fixing the yard.

This is my last reply I've tried and tried as you see there's nothing more that I can do. I said I was coming and still this is her response.. I'm tired of this. I'm not coming and I'm not replying anymore.

of Southern Landscaping performed two jobs for us in 2017 and did a satisfactory job both times. On February 5th, 2018 he contacted us and asked if he could do additional landscaping for us. We agreed to hire him to lay sod in our front yard. Thinking we could trust him, we gave him an advance of 3000.00. The following week he had someone with a tractor scrape and level the yard. His crew came and did some additional preparation by hand. However, he never laid the sod. In the following months he made numerous promises he was coming the next week to lay the sod but never did. It eventually became clear to us that he had spent our advance on another job and no longer had the funds to purchase our sod. After patiently waiting four months while our front yard was nothing but an embarrassing dirt lot, we fired him with a phone call. He has claimed since then that he told us in that phone call he was going to lay the sod that following week. That is a lie and he never said that during that phone call. In the following weeks when we called him to ask for a refund he would be very surly, threatening, and belligerent. It was obvious he had no intention of ever giving us our rightful refund. At additional expense, we hired another contractor to lay the sod and in just a short time this contractor did the job. In early September we tried contacting *** again and he agreed to come speak to us about doing some other landscaping to work off his debt to us. We made an appointment to discuss this but he never showed up or called us. We heard nothing from *** again until early April, 2019 when we left a bad review on his Facebook page. Almost immediately he texted asking to remove the bad review. We agreed we would but only after he had worked off his debt to us. He came over that afternoon and we discussed the work we wanted done. The next day *** and a helper came and started the work but he never returned to finish the job. Once again he has left our yard in a muddy mess.

Desired Outcome

Refund Either refund the portion of the 3000.00 advance that was not spent on prep work or work off the debt to us in a satisfactory manner.

It rained 21 days in February we were behind
When we did go to do the yard her husband asked me not to come back simply because we excavated one day and waited on sod a few days later... all we were doing was just trying to finish the project

Originally hired *** and Southern Landscaping to build our patio on July 26,2018. Job never finished after 2 months (original forms still on pad). Paid for 15x25' concrete pad and got 12x25'. Would never come to fix. Was supposed to show up 3 times and always had an excuse. (Also left large tracks in our front yard and a mess in the back yard). Said they were too busy with other jobs to come back. Offered for us to hire someone else to finish and they would pay but no one would do a job not knowing whether they would get paid. We didn't want to be on the hook for more money. At this point we would just like for the company to give us a refund so that we can have someone else repair our yard and fix our concrete pad.

Desired Outcome

We would like a refund of our money since we did not receive what we had paid for.

Customer wanted a 15/25 we installed from the door the end of the patio. We left a 3ft area which made the area 12/25. The customer paid me for a job I thought was satisfactory.
Why pay me if it's not right? I went by to address the issue and the customer wanted 5 more ft of concrete which 2 ft he wanted me to pay for to make joints even. I didn't mind doing that until they became rude because we haven't had time to fix this issue. We've been on the same job for two months and I told them I would come and add the 5 ft which 2 ft they would pay for. But why pay me if the job wasn't complete. The job was complete. They contact the Revdex.com to make you look bad when all alone the Revdex.com doesn't even see the contractors side before posting the complaint.

I would request that the Revdex.com reopen the complaint and mark as not resolved. While my boyfriend was the one that entered into the agreement with Southern Landscaping, it was for the home in which I am the sole owner. With all due respect, I do have a voice in the matter since it was on my property. I have never been rude or disrespectful only frustrated because the job that we paid for was not completed. We paid for 15x25 and did not receive that. We were only wanting the job to be finished. He never even came back to get the forms which also indicates that the job was never complete.

I'll got to the courthouse tomorrow to see if the house is in your name.
The job was complete *** was there with tape measure and he checked the job. Then he met me to pay me. Forms were not removed because I was coming back to expand the concrete to a bigger area the wanted (which I I wasn't going to charge for) until you guys used foul language. Even Saturday *** called me a piece of *** on fb recommendations. I've filled a complaint with the magistrate office, so this can be all on record if this escalates. I was paid to do a project and that's what I did. You asked for more concrete I agreed but I told you I would once we finished another project. You all got rude and I won't be cussed and mistreated. Revdex.com you guys always do what you feel never really accepting with the contractors said.
Customers are not always right.
