OK, this situation has totally gone out of handThis all started out with a donation to a charitable even as Sharon has statedI was up front with her when she called for a quote and I believe my secretary told her when she called that she was outside our area and we would not be able to service
her drivewayThen Sharon complained and then I talked to here and stated that I would still come down and give her a quote but that it would more expensive because she is so far awayI went down there and gave her a fair market price considering the location and she did not like itI told her that is the best we could do and then after her complaining I said that I would pay another company the money if she could get someone out to do the work if they sent me an invoiceI never did receive an invoice from that company and she never had the work done by that company well over the expiration of the gift certificateNow the other company does not even want to deal with her again because of her anticsThe last I talked with the other company they told me they would never deal with her again and that Sharon was trying to get them to send me an invoice for $and that when I paid them Sharon wanted them to write her a check for $and not even have her driveway done, Really??? So after I heard that I pretty much just gave up on trying to help her anymore which I feel I already went way out of the way to satisfy her gift card which was already expired and did not have a cash value on itI also offered Sharon to just write her a check for what she paid for the gift card and she stated she paid well over $for it because it was a charitable donation which she then told the other company that she paid a little over $for itSo red flag went up in my head and I contacted the Rotary club and received the paperwork of my donated gift certificate and found that she only paid $for the $certificateSo basically Sharon is trying to make her $donation into $cash in her pocketUpon finding this out I have basically lost all respect for her and am not willing to help her anymoreI have already gone out of my way to help resolve her issue when I did not have to offer everything that I did and to just be lied to is insultingI hope that sums everything up

I have gone out of my way to work with this business *** *** ***. He suggested to me to have someone else do the work and he will pay them $200.00 What did I do wrong to be called a lire? He has insufficient and unacceptable donation documentation, he has no receiptI have a receipt and he rejects it. He has gone against his word since and is blaming me a Senior citizen going on years of age for just wanting to get my driveway sealed. He himself has made it a issue not me butt it makes him feel good to blame me. I know I upset him when I filed complaint #with the Revdex.com I had to file this complaint because he said he would pay $to a asphalt company to seal my driveway and then he went against he word and is blaming me as a excuse. As far as I am concern Hardtop Asphalt of Racine and it *** *** *** have displayed Very poor customer service and Anger. I hope that no other potential customer will have to go through this abuse by this company like I am doing. That's why I filed this complaint to help other people especially Seniors so they do not get scammed and would not get involved with a unreliable Asphalt business such as Hardtop Asphalt of Racine

See attached email log and documentation from the auction on how much she paid for the gift certificate.You will see that the certificate sold for $60 and that I offered to give her that money and she denied it and said my evidence was unjust and that she wanted $200. I've gone out of my way to help her enough and have done nothing wrong. She bought a gift certificate at an auction for my company, I gave her a valid estimate for what it would cost for my company to drive to her location, she did not like the price because she compared it to a companies price right down the street from her. Gift certificate says no cash value right on it and just because she did not use it, does not mean I have to pay her back a penny. However I tried to help her out and have gotten nothing but issues in return. All she had to do is accept my offer to pay her back what she paid for the certificate and I would of gladly done that. Now that offer is off the table and I refuse to payback anything.
