My complaint has several health and non-health issues: Employees leaving urinated soak clothing and chucks in patient bedroom and in waste basket. Shaking rugs in house(dust triggers allergies) Bathtub not clean after Patients shower.7 month Pregnant employee (who stated she is usually on complete bedroom rest in last trimester) and who injuries will not be covered by the SLC. Two employees showed up for work who was not suppose to became agitated because they were not notified. Many non professional behaviors: excessive cell phone use, habitually late, absents without notification. One of your employees removed an inexpensive item from by home without asking, therefore, a lack of trust....Non of your except Ms. R
