Please see the attached documents that the customer has signed. It clearly states the terms and conditions of the credit plans that was offered to Mr. [redacted]. We are unclear what the customer is referring to when stating the word 'extended'.
Lisha, our sales associate...
did offer the same 12 months no interest financing on the second purchase thereby extending the same financing offer as had on the first purchase. There has never been a retail financing program in which a new purchase will reset the financing terms of the first purchase (if this is what the customer is referring to). Each purchase has separate financing agreements and each agreement clearly states the terms and both are signed by the customer.

The only reason that this resolution is okay is because of the fact of the director He Y**. I do not care the president, his tone while on the phone with me made it seem like this was just something that happens or that it was my fault. He Y** is the only one I will work with when I am there & that is really quite sad when you have staff that are supposed to do that in your place. She is the sweetest person and is the one making that place survive no thanks to their president of the wedding ring shop. There was never any kinda of discount or compensation for the trouble it was never even offered. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is BARELY satisfactory to me. The president didn't even have the courtesy to check up on me or email or ask if things finished well, again He Yon is the one who met up with me and gave me my ring and the death in the family was my father, sorry for my late response.
He Yon is the only reason that I tolerate the wedding ring shop she has amazing customer service & helps out!
