They are charging me money for a place I've never even stayed at nor have even signed a contract with anything related to this company
They don't bother to answer the phone during open hours to resolve this issue

I would like to say that Robert W*** is the most unprofessional, rude, condescending person in management that I have metI was shocked to know that he was in fact a supervisorMaking assumptions and basically saying take it or leave itUnder circumstances of course people are calling to pay off debt so if they are willing to do that a company should be open to arrangementsHanging up on customers and telling them that they must not understand because you keep repeating the same thing over is not appropriate in the manner in which he didI will find any and every way to let Southern Managnemt know about their unproessionalism

I am a debtor and trying to contact this company from more than a week now to pay my debt and clear my credit history, but unfortunately even after repetitive calls, I haven't received any response from them. The lady who receives my call at their numbers 407-895-7100 and 800-229-4531 only says that she will ask her account manager to call me, but no calls so far. I would really request this company to please give me a call, so that we can close the matter ASAP.
