WARNING....Scam company I ordered the "free" trial, and I should have known better They shipped more next month, charging $and $ I called to return them, and they kept trying to give a 50% discount, then said they couldn't do anything else I insisted I was not paying for this, and wanted a refund, even before the product arrived Finally, 'Mario' said after speaking with his supervisor, the account is closed This business has shadiness written all over it Not that good of a product, either

But apparently if you don't call them back with in a certain periodOr they enroll you in automatic 30day shipment When I called they refused to
take product backThey don't issue refunds

When referred by ***, a "Service Tech" from SMA&R arrived after a second call and diagnosed my A/C problem as a burned-out blower motorHe advised me that if I went through ***, the repair could not be completed until the following week due to the required authorization; however, I could pay him directly, less the *** service fee that I had already paid him, and he could complete the repair that afternoonI opted to suffer through the weekend to save money and avoid becoming involved in what appeared to be a shady deal
On Monday, I called SMA&R and asked if they had received the authorization from *** yet so they could complete the repairWhoever answered, I assume the owner/manager, advised me the part had to be orderedI asked him if the part was immediately available for an under-the-counter deal on Friday why it had to be ordered on MondayI also let him know that I believed his "tech" had attempted to scam me (and ***) the preceding Friday and that he would not be doing any more business with me or with ***He apparently called *** and accused me of "threatening" himI do not make threats; I make promises
*** eventually authorized another vendor, who repaired the expensive "burned-out blower motor" with a very inexpensive capacitorHis comment upon exiting my attic was, "I don't know how some [expletive deleted] stay in business!"
Do not get involved with these rude, incompetent, unscrupulous people
