We are aware of the incident that [redacted] is upset about, and we have given her our insurance information, I will state it again in this matter[redacted] When Ms [redacted] called in the day of the incident we called our drivers to find out who she was saying this happened with, our truck was empty at the time and we were not hauling any material Therefore nothing could have come out of our truck and hit her windshield When she called she was saying a company told Ms [redacted] that is a road hazard not caused by us, since our truck was empty nothing that we were hauling could have hit her windshield.Please let me know if you need anything further
On February 22, I was riding behind a truck from Southern Metal Processing and something from the truck flew off and cracked my windshield in placesI contacted the business but was treated badly when I asked for the insurance information to get my windshield repairedI have photo evidence
