After hearing about Earheart Healthy Weight Loss on the radio for two years, my wife and I went to the Earheart office and checked them outThey were courteous and very helpful, and even recommended that we wait until after any special up-coming events in the near future before starting the programThis was in October of We returned in December of that year and signed up to begin after the Christmas holidays I signed up for two programs, as I (a year old male) had been over pounds for the last or yearsEach program involves weeks of losing followed by weeks of stabilizationI began the first program on Jan 3, I lost pounds in weeksI am now finishing up my second program (May 11) and have lost pounds totalI have just started my last stabilization phase and will be locking in at poundsI was when I started a little over months ago My cholesterol levels are all down in the range for the first time in at least yearsI have lost inches at my waist, inches at my neck, and inches at my chest and hipsI have even lost 1/inches at my thighI can do things now that I have not been able to do for yearsI no longer come up out of breath after tying my shoes, for example I have been empowered with the knowledge that gives me confidence I can keep the weight offThe last weeks of March I was finishing my first program, and I was able to eat and drink anything I wanted during those weeksAnd I kept off the weightI learned that for me, bread and sugar drinks are what put the weight onI now know what to watch out for going forward Earheart Healthy Weight Loss has changed my lifeIt can change yours too!

So after hearing about Earheart on the radio and how people lost the weight and kept it off, the guy on the morning show had lost it and kept off a ton of weight, I decided to give it a tryI mean I have lost the same lbs over and over but I never keep it offbut if this guy could maybe it was worth a try It seemed a bit expensive on the upfront but when I realized that there was nothing else to buy (save some good quality supplements/vitamins if you ran out) it wasn't that bad at all the weeks started and yes it is a limited menu, boring would be how I would describe it but it is just weeks you cannot cheat, not even one bite so it requires dedication for weeks I was not hungry, slept better than I had in years, had tons of energy, stuck to the protocol and lost lbs of FAT in weeks(I am YO female, went from to 5'TALL) it was like wow!! I was afraid to go off protocol but I did exactly what they said and months later, I am eating way more than I was before Earheart, and still exactly lbs! It is a freaking miracle I am thinking about doing it again to lose another lbs which would make me high school skinny (but I don't want to be greedy lol) This plan works, not sure why or how, but it is like it reset my body and metabolism to what it was before years and years of yo you dieting and processed crap ruined it I tell everyone about it!! It is like the radio guy says in the TV commercial -- just like high school It is so worth it and the phone calls are a bit annoying when trying to get someone on the phone but they are great when you do get them Just do exactly what they say

Be ready when you sign upThey do not tell you that you will have to purchase many more formula one , magnesium, B Also when you fill your paperwork out and fax it, you don't receive a call from them which should be the case, you have to call them and then wait until they can call you back and hope you can talk or you will be playing phone tag all day The follow up was not very good and when expressed to the head coach had no concern or careVery disappointed with the programFelt what I paid for I didn't getWhen you pay that much money you shouldn't have to chase a company down

Just finished the programI started around 230lbs and finished at 195lbslbs in six weeks! I followed the program exactlyWas never hungry and had plenty of energyI found the staff friendlyI can't say that the menu is easy but it wasn't impossible Cooking without oil can be challenging at times, but seeing the pounds drop off every day made it worth itI am currently transitioning back to regular eatingThis has made a huge difference in my healthI am no longer addicted to caffeine and I sleep better that everI feel great

When I heard about this program I thought it was too good to be trueTurns out I was right! Yes I did lose 20lbs in three weeks but only because all the vitamins and "supplements" they give you are just herbal laxativesI was having loose and runny bowel movements and extreme stomach cramping for three weeks straight and every time I complained to a health coach they simply increased my formula until I was taking PER DAY! This diet may have helped my lose weight fast but it makes you feel nauseous, and exhausted all the timeI wouldn't reccommend it unless you have high pain toleranceI expected a personal encouraging health coach like they promisedInstead I would call in and talk to someone who seemingly couldn't care less

After paying about $to begin the program, I saw a nurse for the preliminary consultation During this consultation, I was told the high fiber diet would not work for me due to having been diagnosed with gastrointestional issues prior I informed the rep of this when I first signed up and was told it wouldn't be an issue and the diet could be modified to work around my personal problem (the diet was "modified" by reducing the amount of fiber I took) The first week of the program was exactly as advertised: I lost weight and inches overall! The second week, I gained weight I spoke with health coaches every day as recommended and the only modifications provided were to take more Formula I described my problems to the coaches every time I spoke with them (gas, nausea, diarrhea 12+ times a day) and was told my symptoms were the result of a fecal matter blockage The solution was to increase my Formula (which incidentally only made the symptoms worse) I was miserable for several weeks, and despite following the program to a T, only continued to gain the weight which I lost the first week The health coaches were not properly trained and followed scripts (I spoke with several and each time was told the exact same "solution" regardless of my symptoms - exact wording and sentences in the same order each time) The coaches didn't call when they said they would and were not easily reachable, especially on the weekends - despite advertisements saying it's 24/coaching I decreased the Formula on my own and my terrible symptoms immediately went away - incidentally I was scolded for doing this by a health coach I dropped out of the program - quit calling the coaches every day and quit sending in food journals and measurement charts - the last weeks of the program I had gained the weight back which I lost the first week while still on the program and I was still following the diet to the letter (I had 3-days where I cheated and ate something not on the plan but stayed true to the diet the vast majority of the time) This weight loss program is not customized for individuals - it is a high protein, low carb HCG diet They give you Mag-Citrate to soften your stools and Formula to void multiple times a day That's it The diet works if you have a lot of weight to lose - if you aren't obses then don't expect to lose 20-lbs (I was told by a healthcoach that at lbs, it would be great if I lost 10-15lbs during the program) After paying so much money, I expected a customized program and health coaches that could encourage me and give me motivation and help with the diet (picking out foods, etc) What I got was script-speaking people with apparently no medical knowledge and nothing customized (with the exception of calculating how much protein I needed for the "diet plan" they assigned me to - this is a calculation you can do online for free on multiple health websites) I was more successful in losing weight on my own Total waste of money, time, energy, and effort Also, once you sign the contract, you can only get a partial refund After you see the nurse for your initial consultation however, you can't get any of your money back

I have done this program and it worked perfectlyI would recommend it in a secondIt was easy and quickThe weeks flew by and the weight has stayed offThe supplements they provide are crucial to the program and I continue to take them stillI'm actually planning on going for a second round to lose the last lbsThe entire staff was always helpful and friendlyI consider them friends

This place is awfulThe health coaches are extremely rude! I have spoke with them twice since I forked out over a thousand dollars for their program and both times they treated me very rudely and could not answer my questionsThey even got mad at me because I complained about how sick I got a week after I started the programDon't waste all your hard earned money to get treated like dirt

Linda *** has been in contact with Ms *** Her credit card charge $was returned in accordance with per her dispute. We have canceled her second program and she was refunded $141.00. Please let us know if we can provide any additional
information. Linda ***

The health coach that I dealt with at no time gave me an encouraging wordI was nauseous at times, no energy, didn't feel goodThey pushed the fact that you had to have to bowel movements a dayThe plan seemed to be eat the very limited menu and then poop it out as fast as you can This program did not agree with me at all and I am very unhappy Yes, I did lose pounds in weeks, but my body knew it I didn't feel good at all After the second week I did start feeling better after they took me off the TBSP of fiber a dayBut then a few days passed and the food started tasting metallic and I had developed a bad taste in my mouth It seemed like I had to force myself to eat because the food didn't taste goodThey had me taking formula a day, which they said was not a laxative, and Magnesium Citrate tablets. They wanted to double the formula because I complained of having stomach cramps and runny/loose BM's The health coach said that the cramps was because of gas and I needed to get rid of what was in there keeping me from having the BM's like I should (to times a day) For me it was a waste of hard-earned money

So after hearing about Earheart on the radio and how people lost the weight and kept it off, the guy on the morning show had lost it and kept off a ton of weight, I decided to give it a try. It seemed a bit expensive on the upfront but when I realized that there was nothing else to buy (save some good quality supplements/vitamins if you ran out) it wasn't that bad at all... the 6 weeks started and yes it is a limited menu, boring would be how I would describe it but it is just 6 weeks. you cannot cheat, not even one bite so it requires dedication for 6 weeks. I was not hungry, slept better than I had in 15 years, had tons of energy, stuck to the protocol and lost 29 lbs of FAT in 6 weeks. (I am 46 YO female, went from 184 to 155 5'6 TALL) it was like wow!! I was afraid to go off protocol but I did exactly what they said and 10 months later, I am eating way more than I was before Earheart, and still exactly 155 lbs! It is a freaking miracle. I am thinking about doing it again to lose another 15 lbs which would make me high school skinny (but I don't want to be greedy lol)

My wife and I were on the Earheart Program at the same time and while we agree that some aspects of the program including standardized communication throughout the company needs some tweaking we were VERY pleased with the results. They stress following the plan exactly and that's exactly what we did. The results were that I lost a total of 42 pounds and my wife 18.

I found out about Earheart from a friend of mine and went online to research their program. The very next week I heard Linda speak at the health fair in Greensboro. I have been over 200lbs for 28 years and decided that surgery was not an option for me. When I heard about how they teach you to eat healthy and help you stabilize after the weight loss part, I was very intrigued. I also knew that fast weight loss was best for me and that I can do 6 weeks at a time. In my first program I lost 28 lbs and over 40 inches total. I was able to maintain that for several weeks after. Then I started a second program to get more weight off. I am in stabilization now and have lost 22.3 lbs this time and over 23 inches. I have not been this thin for over 28 years and have been getting lots of compliments and being called "skinny" has been amazing for this former "fat girl" . This program has been hard at times but with the goal in mind and the coaches helping you, it has been worth the cost and not as expensive as surgery or with lasting side affects. I would not recommend it for a small amount of weight loss such as 20 lbs or less but it is perfect for those who dont want surgery.

Just finished the program. I started around 230lbs and finished at 195lbs...35 lbs in six weeks! I followed the program exactly. Was never hungry and had plenty of energy. I found the staff friendly. I can't say that the menu is easy but it wasn't impossible. Cooking without oil can be challenging at times, but seeing the pounds drop off every day made it worth it. I am currently transitioning back to regular eating. This has made a huge difference in my health. I am no longer addicted to caffeine and I sleep better that ever. I feel great.

I have done this program and it worked perfectly. I would recommend it in a second. It was easy and quick. The 6 weeks flew by and the weight has stayed off. The supplements they provide are crucial to the program and I continue to take them still. I'm actually planning on going for a second round to lose the last 20 lbs. The entire staff was always helpful and friendly. I consider them friends.

Be ready when you sign up. They do not tell you that you will have to purchase many more formula one , magnesium, B6. Also when you fill your paperwork out and fax it, you don't receive a call from them which should be the case, you have to call them and then wait until they can call you back and hope you can talk or you will be playing phone tag all day. The follow up was not very good and when expressed to the head coach had no concern or care. Very disappointed with the program. Felt what I paid for I didn't get. When you pay that much money you shouldn't have to chase a company down.

I have only been on the diet for about a week and a half. I am not a representative for the program and will give my honest opinion. I find the diet easy to follow but the limited vegetables and lack of certain spices and oils makes it difficult to create appetizing variations. The staff are always willing to help with suggestions on ways to help. I am thourghly tired of chicken (not that I was ever a fan to start with), but I love fish and can have lean beef so that has helped. It is true what they say about going to the bathroom a lot but it's important to keep the digestive tract on track. Now with that being said following the diet (even though it sounds crazy) is imperative!!!!! Let me say that again. FOLLOWING THE DIET TO THE TEE IS IMPERATIVE!!! From the day that I started I saw weight loss of 1-3lbs daily until day 7 when my bowel movements slowed down.. Forgot to mention I suffer from IBS(C). 1 call to the health coach a tweak in my formula 1 and weight loss continued it was only 0.8th of a pound but it we we're back in business. By day 9 I was down 12lbs. And lost my mind. I ate a prime rib burger (totally not on the plan and I knew it) and gained that 0.8th of a pound back and have been stuck at the same weight for 2 days. Called the coach when I had the gain and they increased my formula 1 each day for 3 days. I have not gained anymore but I also haven't lost. Today is the 3rd day and the last increase in the formula 1, so will see tomorrow if I start to lose again. Fingers crossed.

After hearing about Earheart Healthy Weight Loss on the radio for two years, my wife and I went to the Earheart office and checked them out. They were courteous and very helpful, and even recommended that we wait until after any special up-coming events in the near future before starting the program. This was in October of 2014. We returned in December of that year and signed up to begin after the Christmas holidays.
I signed up for two programs, as I (a 47 year old male) had been over 300 pounds for the last 4 or 5 years. Each program involves 6 weeks of losing followed by 6 weeks of stabilization. I began the first program on Jan 3, 2015. I lost 43 pounds in 6 weeks. I am now finishing up my second program (May 11) and have lost 85 pounds total. I have just started my last stabilization phase and will be locking in at 228 pounds. I was 313 when I started a little over 4 months ago.
My cholesterol levels are all down in the normal range for the first time in at least 7 years. I have lost 11 inches at my waist, 3 inches at my neck, and 8 inches at my chest and hips. I have even lost 4 1/2 inches at my thigh. I can do things now that I have not been able to do for years. I no longer come up out of breath after tying my shoes, for example.
I have been empowered with the knowledge that gives me confidence I can keep the weight off. The last 3 weeks of March I was finishing my first program, and I was able to eat and drink anything I wanted during those 3 weeks. And I kept off the weight. I learned that for me, bread and sugar drinks are what put the weight on. I now know what to watch out for going forward.
Earheart Healthy Weight Loss has changed my life. It can change yours too!

When I heard about this program I thought it was too good to be true. Turns out I was right! Yes I did lose 20lbs in three weeks but only because all the vitamins and "supplements" they give you are just herbal laxatives. I was having loose and runny bowel movements and extreme stomach cramping for three weeks straight and every time I complained to a health coach they simply increased my formula 1 until I was taking 12 PER DAY! This diet may have helped my lose weight fast but it makes you feel nauseous, and exhausted all the time. I wouldn't reccommend it unless you have high pain tolerance. I expected a personal encouraging health coach like they promised. Instead I would call in and talk to someone who seemingly couldn't care less.

After paying about $700 to begin the program, I saw a nurse for the preliminary consultation. During this consultation, I was told the high fiber diet would not work for me due to having been diagnosed with gastrointestional issues prior. I informed the rep of this when I first signed up and was told it wouldn't be an issue and the diet could be modified to work around my personal problem (the diet was "modified" by reducing the amount of fiber I took). The first week of the program was exactly as advertised: I lost weight and 12 inches overall! The second week, I gained weight. I spoke with health coaches every day as recommended and the only modifications provided were to take more Formula 1. I described my problems to the coaches every time I spoke with them (gas, nausea, diarrhea 12+ times a day) and was told my symptoms were the result of a fecal matter blockage. The solution was to increase my Formula 1 (which incidentally only made the symptoms worse). I was miserable for several weeks, and despite following the program to a T, only continued to gain the weight which I lost the first week. The health coaches were not properly trained and followed scripts (I spoke with several and each time was told the exact same "solution" regardless of my symptoms - exact wording and sentences in the same order each time). The coaches didn't call when they said they would and were not easily reachable, especially on the weekends - despite advertisements saying it's 24/7 coaching. I decreased the Formula 1 on my own and my terrible symptoms immediately went away - incidentally I was scolded for doing this by a health coach. I dropped out of the program - quit calling the coaches every day and quit sending in food journals and measurement charts - the last 2 weeks of the program. I had gained the weight back which I lost the first week while still on the program and I was still following the diet to the letter (I had 3-4 days where I cheated and ate something not on the plan but stayed true to the diet the vast majority of the time). This weight loss program is not customized for individuals - it is a high protein, low carb HCG diet. They give you Mag-Citrate to soften your stools and Formula 1 to void multiple times a day. That's it. The diet works if you have a lot of weight to lose - if you aren't obses then don't expect to lose 20-40 lbs (I was told by a healthcoach that at 150 lbs, it would be great if I lost 10-15lbs during the program). After paying so much money, I expected a customized program and health coaches that could encourage me and give me motivation and help with the diet (picking out foods, etc). What I got was script-speaking people with apparently no medical knowledge and nothing customized (with the exception of calculating how much protein I needed for the "diet plan" they assigned me to - this is a calculation you can do online for free on multiple health websites). I was more successful in losing weight on my own. Total waste of money, time, energy, and effort. Also, once you sign the contract, you can only get a partial refund. After you see the nurse for your initial consultation however, you can't get any of your money back.
