Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It had nothing to do with any customer issue No names would of had to been used No names were used It was about policies that were on their web sight for customers to view that are not specific and are not clear and then fees are collected when customers are not given the service they are expected or thought they have signed up for and THEN told that if they opt out of overdraft protection they will NEVER get it back?
