Southern Motion

his is our second sent of Southern Motion. Our last set was 8 years old and still in great condition and never had an issue. We have a new set that is now 13 months old. The manual recliner handle snapped off, the cushions are flat and deflated. The shape of the chairs is changing due to the card board interior. This is the EXACT same model we had previously in the updated version and different fabric. I sent an email, then called and was told if I sent and email they can not help me over the phone. Thats ridiculous! And we will be lucky as and elderly couple and only ones in our home that this set will last us another year, IF we can find a way to repair the recliner. Otherwise it has to stay in the recline position at all times which is ridiculous!We are all for Made in the USA but will never purchase Southern Motion nor recommend to anyone like we have in the past. NO customer service and horrible quality.
