Good afternnon, I attended the GYM located in *** Alabama; Southern Muscle and fitness.
Since July 2019, I left the GYM and the owner, never told me that I had to send a written notice to Paramount, since the membership was made with her in her GYM.
So, the last 19 months I have received a charge without using the GYM.
It is not ethical that there was no contract and even I confirmed her with me that I would not return and never told me anything about it.
I can prove that I started paying another GYM for cost reduction on the same date, unfortunately, text messages with the owner I could no longer recover thems.
but without a doubt you could confirm that after being an assistant 6 days a week does not make sense to be absent without prior notice.
due to my account analysis I realize today that I have had recurring Paramount charges for 29.95.
599 dollar for the last 19 months, and now that I conctacted them, they just tell me that ai need to pay other month becasue it is a 30 days notice.
I woul like they refun me the 19 month payment they took.

Refund I'm just looking for a refund for the 19 months they took unethically. This is not honest, letting a customer continue paying without contacting him or notifying him, as a customer service and maintaining an appropriate business ethic.

Mr. joined Southern Muscle & Fitness on 03/16/2015. Mr. signed a one year contract with a automatic renewal, with the option t give a 30 day written notice to my billing Company at the end of his contract, or anytime thereafter. The contract is very detailed and easy to follow for the cancellation process. Our billing company has not received any cancellation until 02/16/2020. The only communication I had gotten from Mr. in regards to this is through Facebook messenger. I have asked Mr *** to call me on several occasions , which he has ignored. It is not the responsibility of Southern Muscle & Fitness to know when or if a member has been attending the gym. It is definitely not our business to know if a member has joined another Gym. Many gym goers have multiple gym memberships. We are in no way responsible for refunding any monies. It is the members responsibility to cancel a membership, and keep track of their bank account. Mr. submitted a 30 day written notice on 02/16/2020 to our billing company. Therefore, no further payments will be deducted from Mr..I have also, submitted Mr. signed contract. We regret that Mr. has any hard feelings towards Southern Muscle & Fitness.

No, in no way I am satisfied with the answer, they have sent me a copy of a contract (edited) with an electronic copy of a signature; It is eerie that at the end of the row a segment of another word appears that was not cut completely when making the copy.
It is possible that someone with legal knowledges review this contract to obtain legal assistance in this regard, because between clause # 9 and the terms of renewal, I think there are conditions that didn't happen here.
-The initial membership term 24 months,
-The first renewal after this term to decide if do it renewable or not.
There is no way possible to edit a contract unless we have the member come in and make changes, and that would require a signature from the member. Mr *** is welcome to come to the gym to obtain a copy of his contract. Again, I do not feel we owe any refunds to this member. Most people would see that something is coming out of their checking account on a monthly basis. Once again, I asked Mr. to call me or come into the gym to discuss, and he is still adamant about messaging me on Facebook messenger. I do not discuss business on Facebook.

Please, close this situation, I'm not satisfied with this, however; I'm in peace with my honest and integrity about this.
