I complete my MBA at SNHU and was very happy with my experienceMy advisor is in touch with me or times a semester and has resolved the minor technology issues I have had in a few coursesThey got me a refund from the online book store for an ebook that had missing software access and they also gave me free access to the softwareMy classes have been challenging and I had no issues with admissions every thing was sent to me in advance so I knew which of my undergraduate courses were transferable for credit, and exactly how many courses I needed to complete my degree95% of my professors have been excellent and responsive but with all online classes you need to be motivated and self directed you get out of learning what you put into it I Worte this review because people usually only write a review when something is wrong which creates a bias for the businessI feel if you have a great experiences you should also write a review so that customers get a fair view of any organization

With the online program: You read a book,discuss on blackboard, and write a paper! You will be better served attending a community college the achieve a level quality of education The contacts listed for the University are "stuck" on "this is our University policy because other Universities to it." if you have a death in the family, they will not allow you to repeat the class for an adjusted rate, and they will not work with you in for pay a balance off if you have a death in the family Very cold and unethical University"Good old guys network" of contacts Paul never responses to complaints (he acts like he's an elite)

SNHU MBA program - TERRIBLE
I took two classes at SNHU this past winterI purposely took on-campus classes so I could have direct instruction
The teaching in one class was so poor I had to self-teach all the materialThis, however, was impossible when it came to self-teaching differential calculusI barely passed the class
The situation with my second class is even worse The course curriculum itself didn't align instruction with assessmentProjects that counted a lot toward the final grade required information not taught prior to the due dateEqually bad, I was supposed to receive hours (classes) of direct instructionThe instructor cancelled times, and was late one timeSNHU didn't plan for a lost class because of holidays, AND also didn't indicate that when I signed up for the classThe syllabus even stated we would have classesSo, I ended up receiving 68% of the instruction I paid tuition to receive Due to these factors, there was no way I could pass this classI have filed a complaint with SNHU requesting a full tuition refundI will update Revdex.com with the resultsIf SNHU does not refund my tuition, I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com As far as I'm concerned, we entered a contract: my tuition for hours instructionThey defaulted
