I need the remainder of my deposit back please. I'm not satisfied with the service this business has given.

To Whom it may concern:Since I'm not obligated to respond to this complaint, I will make this brief.  The BBC is a great organization to help aid the consumer with a voice of complaints but should also use as much effort to protect the business owner that abides by state laws and operates with...

high values and with integrity.  We've sold over 400 vehicles with three BBC complainants which is .0075% unsatisfied customers.  Very hard to satisfy everyone and to busy to respond to such a complaint.  Please inform complainant to seek legal assistance.  The vehicle was sold as-is with a 3 month/3,000 mile 100% labor service contract under a buy her pay / pay here contract in which the customer informed us that they didn't want pay for the vehicle, so the customer voluntarily gave the car back.  We have signed paperwork that surrenders the vehicle voluntarily and the customer accepted the refund of $800 to suspend the contract.  This is a refund that we did not have to do other then in good faith.  The penalty is less then $65 a day use of the vehicle.  Thank you BBC for your concern.

To Whom It May Concern:[redacted] purchased 1999 Pontiac Montana Van from us on 2-16-2016. After her purchase we put 4 new tires and recharged the air, and fix the door regulator on it. We have never charge her a late fee on the late payments. I text her because she will never answer the...

If she can't make her payments on time all she needs to do is call us to tell us what is going on that her payment will be late, which she has never done.  She bought the van for $2900.00 plus tax and fees. [redacted] agreed to pay Bi-Weekly starting on 2-22-16. She did give us a credit card number asking us to take out payments on the 5th and the 20th of the month in August of this year, which is not Bi-Weekly like the signed contract says. We agreed to these but when we went to charge the card there was never no money on it. So we have worked with her on a number of occasions to help her out. We also agreed to let her catch up her payments on Tuesday 27th of Sept. which is tomorrow. the last thing we want to do is repo her van, but we are in business and like everyone else in the world if you don't make your payments on a car, furniture ETC...... it will get repoed. We loaned her money in form of a vehicle and expect to be paid back just like the contract states. Thank you Rebecca G[redacted]
