To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] purchased Pontiac Montana Van from us on 2-16-After her purchase we put new tires and recharged the air, and fix the door regulator on itWe have never charge her a late fee on the late paymentsI text her because she will never answer the phoneIf she can't make her payments on time all she needs to do is call us to tell us what is going on that her payment will be late, which she has never done She bought the van for $plus tax and fees [redacted] agreed to pay Bi-Weekly starting on 2-22-She did give us a credit card number asking us to take out payments on the 5th and the 20th of the month in August of this year, which is not Bi-Weekly like the signed contract saysWe agreed to these but when we went to charge the card there was never no money on itSo we have worked with her on a number of occasions to help her outWe also agreed to let her catch up her payments on Tuesday 27th of Septwhich is tomorrowthe last thing we want to do is repo her van, but we are in business and like everyone else in the world if you don't make your payments on a car, furniture ETCit will get repoedWe loaned her money in form of a vehicle and expect to be paid back just like the contract statesThank you Rebecca G [redacted]
