Good Morning,In response to complaint filed and received I have looked into the situations presentedMissed pickups have been due to change in our driver of that route and with now having been made familiar of the new routes our driver is beginning to get a much better understanding of all serviced stops of his areaOur new driver has also been notified of this particular stop in effort of ensuring this does not continueI also checked on the billing of this account to find that Mr [redacted] was credited for his missed pick ups the same day of receiving a call, which has been applied to his account.I encourage Mr [redacted] to notify the office staff if any issue continues or arisesI feel we have addressed this complaint within our operation and do not look for continued inconvenience to Mr [redacted]

Also, if you could actually erase this dispute I would appreciate it. This company does do a very important service with curbside recycling, I was just annoyed they missed me 3 times. But they gave me a free month, and in hindsight I would prefer that their image not be harmed by me because of how important their service is.

We have received notice of the complaint from Ms ***. Southern Ohio Disposal is now under 'Receivership' with the state. All refund information has been given to our 'Receiver'. I did check to make sure that Ms *** information was given to him and it has been. Do I need
to get you his contact information? Or should I give him this information?Thank youMichelle
