Eric H***/ Max video system came out on May 7, to install a eight camera system I purchasedThe original agreement was that I wanted to be able to view the system from two different locations ( master bedroom/living room) in the house, and the DVR would be in the master bedroomThe day of installationwe both walked around the house to determine the best places to install the cameras and the placement of the DVR ( DIGITAL VIDEO RECORDER)THE DVR would now be located in the attic verses the master bedroom because that would be a better place verses being in plain sight on the TV Stand in the master bedroomHe (Eric H***) asked me if there was an outlet in the attic? I told him noHe proceeded to start with installationThe installation was percent done when he asked me for and extention cord, so he could check the camera'sAt this time he tells me I'm going to have to get someone else to put in an outlet because his insurance don't allow him to oOnce he finished
