issues when their children are here skatingWe know that parents are sometimes going to leave them and run errands and they should be able to freely come back in to check on themKeeping that in mind, it is very hard sometimes on a busy afternoon, to remember who has already been inOur policy is to allow parent in admission free with a paying childOur space is limited and we have to charge adults coming into the building as we have no way of knowing if they will end up skating or not. I feel that this was a mistake on the part of our manager who clearly should have just let her inI believe Ms *** said that she had been coming here for years and this is the first time this has been a problem, so I only wish that she would have contacted me at our business office instead of filing a complaintWe are always happy to resolve an issue. We would like to send a free admission skating pass to her if we could have her address. We hope that she will continue to skate with us as kids are the reason that we are here
