Review: I was pressured into signing an agreement to pay them a monthly fee for pest control service, that ultimately did not include any of the pests I needed controlled. as it turns out, it only covers the indoor insects that they treated the first time, and have not come back, resulting in a largely useless contract. They have no significant dispute resolution services. The "customer service" people call several times a month, but are not able or willing to address my problems. As soon as I realized I had been bamboozled, I contacted them and asked to be released. I have not attempted to receive service under the contract, and wish only for the whole thing to be over. The "customer service" people refer me to a "Vice President" who is impossible to get in touch with, and who took several emails and months to finally speak to me. During our phone conversation, she assured me she would look into the problem and call me back. To date, no call back, and I continue to receive harassing calls from the company. Apparently, the "Vice President" documented that I had no complaints, which is demonstrably false. I have nothing but complaints for this company.Desired Settlement: I wish to be left alone. I don't want to pay for services I have not received, I don't want to be called any more. In return, I agree not to call them either.

?In response to [redacted] email, he contracted with us on April 23, 2014. We require a customer signature on several documents and also allow a 3 business day cancellation per the contract. The services are clearly outlined on the front of the contract and the covered pest's are as well.In addition to the 2 year contract that Mr. [redacted] took out, he paid for 2 separate mosquito treatments as well. One in April and one in June of 2014. Mr. [redacted] agreed to the terms of the contract and made a down payment at the initial time of service and opted for the 17 monthly installments. It wasn't until we contacted Mr. [redacted] in July regarding his account. He had not made a payment since the initial down payment in April. As was explained to him at that time, we cannot service past due accounts, but if he wished to bring his account current, we would certainly service it. He indicated that he just wanted to cancel the account.I then received an email from Mr. [redacted] in November and forwarded it to the [redacted]The notes that I have from her indicated that she spoke withMr. [redacted] and that the situation had been rectified.I am now being told that is no the case.As we clearly want to resolve the issue, the issue at hand andI believe where it started was that Mr. [redacted] did not pay his account and therefore we could not service it.I have to take the position that this is not something thatSouthern Pest Control has done, rather it is more of something that Mr. [redacted] wants. I will make an offer for him to pay $150.00 early termination fee and will cancel the account. I think this is very fair considering he signed a two year contract and the balance on his account remains at $527.00. I am alsoattaching his account payment register that shows the payments that have been made to date. The initial down payment and the two separate mosquito services that are not covered under the contract. Thank you,[redacted]
