4/18/contract to install pole barn 5/8/17, Paid $17,for material & delivery, worked one day on 6/29/17, left job 1/done, no contact since 4/18/entered into contract, Installation date on contract is 5/8/ 4/28/Paid $17,to Southern Pole Barn Company via check for material and delivery fee 6/28/After numerous delays and no notice no-shows, man crew led by [redacted] arrived at 6:45pm with only the steel trusses, I paid [redacted] $cash for expenses toward the $contracted installation fee 6/29/Crew worked for one day, dug half of the required holes and laid out strings, I paid [redacted] $cash for expenses, and gave him a $check for expenses on 6/30/ 6/30/The crew disappeared, zero contact with me, I had to drive 1hr from my house to the installation location just to find out for sure that they had left Cashed my $check at 11:09AM at a [redacted] branch in [redacted]

After a lengthy delay in getting the project started, the craftsmanship was poor, and the job not completed
The pole barn we purchased was to be delivered and erected on March 27, The crew was a no showI reached out to the owner days later and demanded a start date of April 2017, or a full refund of the depositHe assured me they would be thereThe crew shows up in the afternoon of the 10thThey were unprofessional, and in reality didn't know what they were doingThey made attempts to get lines up as to square up projected pole sightsThis was not done correctly, and they damaged a waterline that I had expressed concern over its whereabouts and they stated they would take precautions to miss itAfter holes were partially dug by hand as they were not equipped with the right tools for the job, they departedThey did not show back up for nearly two weeksIn there absence, I repaired the water line, and dug holes to there required depth to pass inspectionThey fin

We sent 25,on 12/to cover a pole barn kit to make an arena for handicap children & remainder (=total) for labor was due upon completion of it by 2/6/
*** arrived late, with only other men & contract stated he'd have it installed in 4-days but had intended to have his men dig the holes for telephone poles by hand so I rented an auger to help speed up process & first day there they were only working a few hours total (have surveillance of this) & numerous trips to store it other places, just very unpreparedAll messages in album detsils everything that went on
It is now 3/only trusses are up & we don't even have the full kit as *** (the owner) told the metal place that we'd run out of money & not to deliver the metal to us
