Work down was not completed as discussed. Also since completed we have found a leak in pipe and they will not come out and fix.
Work was to start April 11th. The did little between then and got most done April 17th. I paid $839.17 which was 1/2 of invoice as Shane B worked on grading and removing 3 trees from my backyard. There were several delays due to rain and one delay when a worker did not show up a day he thought the guy was here working all day. I came home from work to find nothing done. (Around April 10th). This is where there is a problem. I think to quiet me up they quickly did this job. I have tried to get Shane to come back out here since May 9th because they did not secure one of the well vents and I asked them why the left the area near where they removed trees so rough. The ground was not smoothed out and it is very rough to mow. I also found a leak in the drain pipe he ran. He ask for pictures for both of these issues and I sent them on 6/13/19 even though I requested he come walk on the ground as I didn't think he could see rough ground in a picture. I have not heard from him since I sent the pictures.
I am requesting they come and smooth out the rough patches and put down more grass seed. (Now this fall because it is too hot to put down seed). Also replace the portion of pipe that is cracked. And secure the vent.
We want to make sure we complete your project according to the contract. Work was delayed because of the heavy April rains. We could not put any equipment on your wet yard. I'm putting you on an aeration schedule, I'll walk the property with you and secure the vent.

There is still the issue with the broken pipe that runs from the downspout that needs to be fixed.
As stated, I'm happy to walk the property and address issues. I can address the pipe after I see it.
