Company refuses to correct the customer order that they made wrong and/or refund my money
Placed an online order on 2/7/The order was supposed to have two customized monograms, one on each shirtI sent an email confirming these details on 2/7/in which I received a prompt reply the morning of 2/8/from the company stating they would make sure the seamstress making my shirts was aware of the location the monograms were to be placed on the shirtsI received an email the afternoon of 2/9/stating they made a mistake on my order because they failed to follow the directions per my email and accidental placed the monograms in the wrong place on the shirtThe email stated there is a statewide flu outbreak in which 140+ people have died as a result of it and the person who would have made my shirts was out sick with the said fluTherefore, nobody bothered checking to confirm my order was being customized correctlyI spoke to the rudest, disrespectful, and unprofessional employe
