Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The fact that said business said that I was supposed to return and pick up the check is incorrect Since I live some miles away from business the lady who worked the intercom was told to send the check to my address as listed on my driver licenses She indicated that business was required to hold hold payment for three days I acknowledged this and was told check would be placed in mail on Friday the sixth The check was not placed in the mail on that date, in fact the postmark from Gulfport post office was dated on the 16th.I have however finally received the checkOutside the business lying to me and you this case can be closed Regards, [redacted]

Southern Recycling has followed all state laws regarding the payment for the material One check was issued, mailed and then cancelled, another check was created and mailed as we have already indicated We are very sorry for the inconvenience, as indicated the replacement check has been received and cashed We also consider the matter closed

Our company followed the state law regarding the tag and hold wait period for the purchase of the copper Mr*** was originally going to pick the check up after the hold period, when he did not show the check was placed in the mail Part of the reason for the delay would have been
the postal holiday By the end of the week we were concerned his check was lost in the mail, so it was voided on 11-16- It turns out the original check was received on Saturday November 14'th Mr*** was contacted, a replacement check was created and mailed immediately

Outside the business lying to me and you this case can be closed.
