Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Southern Remodeling did work at my house and signed a contract with me [redacted] charged my credit card I do not know how these people have set up their many businesses I just know that they still owe me money for uncompleted work ($300) and that they should reimburse me extra money for the poor job they did It is so funny how I had "rotten wood" once they determined that the roof they put on leaked worse than the prior roof They made up the rotten wood story so they could keep my money.I did not ask the crew to leave my premises I asked that they complete something They had been there Tues, Wed, and Thurs and had still not completed any of the projects On Friday I said they had to complete of the contracted projects and that I was canceling the last projects The administrative assistant for Southern Remodeling (Delores "Dodie" [redacted] ) told me in an email that was attached on the last round of this complaint that she would reimburse me $for the projects that were canceled I have not received that money.After getting other contractors to look at the work they did, they all said that the work had been done wrong So in addition to the $I was already told I would be credited, I am also asking for an additional $to pay someone else to do the job right I never defamed your company You are the one that posted on my facebook wall about your company You took photos of my patio and put it on social media without my permission If anyone should be sued for social media stuff, it should be you especially since my patio photographs were listed under [redacted] and not Southern Remodeling Now send me a certified check in the amount of $and you will never hear from me again Regards, [redacted]

The request for Southern Remodelers to perform a Leak Test has been declined by [redacted] . That perfectly describes her complaint.. she actually does not want any proof that patio roof does not leak..

[redacted])See Message below:  This is also included in an attachment[redacted] does not have, and never has had a contract with Delores [redacted] or [redacted].com to perform any type of work.[redacted] d/b/a Southern Remodelers does not exist, never has existed.I, Delores [redacted], am the owner of [redacted].com.   [redacted] DOES NOT CONDUCT business as Southern Remodelers or for Southern Remodelers, or enter into any agreements or sign contracts for Southern Remodelers.  [redacted] is a completely separate company than Southern Remodelers. (I am only the Admin Assistant and Consultant for Southern Remodelers)[redacted] and I, Delores [redacted] cannot refund money to [redacted] as [redacted] did not contract for any type of work or product from [redacted].  [redacted] requested the crew from Southern Remodelers to arrive after 9:30 am to 10:00 am  to perform the work as she was on vacation and did not want to be disturbed before that time in the morning.  The crew started the onsite work on Tuesday.. and was allowed by [redacted]  to work until Thursday noon when [redacted] requested them to leave her premises and not come back as she wanted to spend the balance of her vacation alone.After 2-1/2 days of work by the Southern Remodelers crew, [redacted] called Southern Remodelers and spoke with me, Southern Remodelers Admin Assistant– requesting that the crew from Southern Remodelers leave her home and not to perform any further work (Replace door surround in bathroom and replace the 2 to 3 boards at the bottom portion of the garage wall under the patio cover) as she wanted to spend the balance of her vacation alone.. that she did not want anybody at her house.  [redacted] asked the crew working on her house, Mike and Jordon, to pack up everything and leave because she wanted to spend the balance of her vacation alone.In the 2-1/2 days the crew worked at [redacted]’s they installed the framework for the Patio Cover, installed the Polygal roof cover with rubbher back screws (to prevent any water leaks), Flashing to prevent water leaks, removed rocks in floor area of patio, installed red brick pavers (12” x 12”) on a base of tiny rocks.  The tiny rocks were chosen for the base because using sand as a base is not as stable as the tiny rocks.  Installed Insect Screen – [redacted] declined the offer of Solar Screen.  Then [redacted] asked the crew to leave so she could spend the balance of her vacation alone.  She did not want them at her house to do any more work.The patio cover was installed correctly by Southern Remodelers.  [redacted] has made accusations about [redacted].com on social media.  [redacted] did not, and has not performed any type work for [redacted].  The owner of Southern Remodelers and the Southern Remodelers crew are willing, and have been willing to perform a leak test with proper witnesses at a time convenient for all parties involved.NOTE:  I do not own Southern Remodelers, nor do I enter into contracts of any type for Southern Remodelers.  I am only the Admin Assistant and Consultant for Southern Remodelers.Dodiewww.[redacted].com[redacted].com[redacted] -Toll Free[redacted]  Local Houston TX

[redacted].com did NOT do any work for [redacted].. Her contract is with Southern Remodelers.. If she has a complaint she should file it properly and accurately.Delores [redacted] is Admin Assistant and Consultant for Southern Remodelers... as part of my assignments I am asked to use [redacted].com ONLY to process this  credit card transaction.  [redacted].com did NOT receive any compensation from [redacted], nor Southern Remodelers for this duty.[redacted] has rotten wood all over her house.  She is attempting to blame [redacted].com (who did not perform any work, did not and does not have a contract with [redacted]) for leaks caused by her rotten wood.  [redacted] asked Southern Remodelers crew to leave her premises because she wanted to spend the balance of her vacation alone... then [redacted] started harassing Delores [redacted] and [redacted].com.  My attorney will be taking care of all [redacted]'s harassing, false and defamatory accusations again [redacted].com and Delores [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  They have not provided any proposed action.  All they have said is that I did not contract with [redacted].com.So Bob [redacted] was the one who signed the contract for Southern Remodeling.  But [redacted] was the company that charged my credit card for $2160.00.  So therein lies the problem.  This concerns me that these people never get in trouble for bad workmanship because they charge on one company and sign contracts with another.  So I'm still keeping with this complaint and have uploaded documentation to backup my claim that they owe me money.  I have more documentation then this site will allow to be uploaded. I'm not including the 3 letters I already sent to the company requesting reimbursement.Included are the emails between Dodie and myself, the email stating she would grant me a $300 credit for projects that were canceled, the emails between a representative of the distributor of the product used on my patio roof and an estimate from another company to make the repairs to the leaking on my patio roof.
