On 11/3/18, at approx4pm, I picked up a light fixture and one of the bulb holders was unsecured and fell on the floor and was forced to pay $
On 11/3/18, I was trying to get the box below the sample light fixture The sample light fixture had spider webs on it, so I was trying to retrieve a light fixture inside of the box Another customer was helping me because there was no sales people near the area, other than the Security Guard at the front of the store One of the lightbulb holders fell on the floor The Security Guard immediately went and got an elder lady presumably a female Manager She began screaming "you have to pay for the entire item" I was furious, however, I maintained a calm demeanor to prevent any confrontationsThe next few minutes, a male Supervisor came over and put the item on the Customer's bidder number *** and both of us were in awe I didn't know the customer and for the Supervisor to put it on her bidder number was totally wrong A few m

Wow stay away! The worst customer service in town and horrible quality itemsBeen coming to this place for over a decade and will never come backThis place went down hill and they don't care about clientsWomen owner is rude and nastyStay away! A lot better discount places around that care about clientsWhen telling the owner my issue she said leave good bye if you don't like!
