Ms*** has been provided an address to return the productShe has been denied a claim by her credit card company because she has failed to return the product.Specifically, Ms***, bought product at our Special Event Sale that lasted days beyond the date of purchaseBut she
failed to complain or return the product during that time frameI learned she was displeased with her product upon receiving a debit from my account for a charge back.Her claim was later denied and the money refunded to my account after I proved that she had made no effort to return the product in the days that the salesman was onsite following her purchase.She finally contacted me directly to arrange to return the product, but to date, I have not received it. Again, my mailing address is *** *** *** *** *** ** ***Simply, she needs to return the product so that I can inventory and dispose of itAs soon as I receive the product, she will be refunded her money.Due to the lag in time for returning the product, the window of convenience is closed so she will need to put it on dry ice and mail it to the address providedShould you have further questions, please contact me.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
It's a lie, and I have emails to prove itI opened the claim with my Discover card because there was no way to reach this company any other wayThis meat was sold on the side of the road, not some store frontThe claim with my credit card was close because Ms*** provided her phone number is the response for me to be in direct contact with them and arrange for returnIt wasn't denied.Additionally, once I made contact with her, she agreed in writing to accept the returned product in person and stated repeatedly she would provide me with an address where her agent would beWhen I continued to press Ms*** for that address, she changed the agreement to I must return it via mail to her on dry ice at my expenseThat is unacceptableI want the original agreement we made, which is to return the product in person to her agent or to be reimbursed for the shipping costs.Regards,

Dear Sir or MadamI have reviewed the complaint filed by Mr*** *** on January 4, and am pleased to address his concerns.We take pride in providing good customer service and will be happy to provide a refund upon receiving the product.I have also attached a
