It is stated clearly on our website, Facebook page and the return policy form you receive with your package that any returns must be made within days of return and you will receive STORE CREDIT ONLYUpon receiveing your store credit your subtotal must be EQUAL to or GREATER than your store credit as the store credit does NOT cover shipping or taxWe have a LARGE amount of product available as well as NEW ARRIVALS posted almost daily with our companyWe also tell any customer it's much easier to contact us via phone [redacted] as we have over 300,followers on Facebook so emails get very overloaded at timesYou can always call as well and order over the phoneUnfortunately I can not issue a cash refund because you not only agreed to our return policy when placing your order but also when you made the return and filled out the return form Thank you

This item was a PRESALE item and when it arrived to us our vendor sent us the wrong color, we sent out emails to all who purchased stating this and asked all if they wanted a different color or item in its placeI am happy to refund you for your purchase and apologize for that mishap with your order and apologize that you did not receive your email from usI will have a money order put in the mail for you today *** Thank you SSB Management

It was not under presale Regardless I still have not been refunded nor have I received a tracking number for my shipment *** notifies me EVERY time a label is printed for my address and I have not received notification from them either Also, thank you for making it even more difficult to contact you by blocking me from corresponding via Facebook If only cared as much about your customers as you do the appearance of your Facebook

We just responded back to this customer and yes the item she ordered stated it was a PRESALE item as that was the only tab on the website it was underWe will cancel the order for the back ordered item and get it picked up with tomorrow's *** pick upThank you

I received an EMAIL stating I had been given a full refund, yet meticulously have gone over my bank statements online since receiving that email(days ago) and have NOT received a refund as stated by the ownerI also went through my spam mailbox and searched through over emails and be ER got any email from her like she is stating

This customer has already received her order and here is the tracking # with proof of deliveryUSPS ***

Again, what is the tracking number? If this is not received today I will dispute the charges with my credit card company Like I said I have *** notifications for any time a label is made to ship to my address They have no record of you making one

This customer purchased a pair of boots and when they arrived to us they were defective so we contacted our vendor immediately regarding this matter and sent an email to [redacted] regarding this we do find that a lot of the times our emails end up in customers spam boxes. We waited almost 2 weeks for...

our vendor to contact us back about this boot only to tell us they were not carrying them anymore this season so we searched other vendors and everyone is out. The buyer has been issued a full refund for her order.

Your order was shipped as asked with the item that is not in stock to refunded which takes 3-5 business days to appear. We did not block you in any way from communicating with us. We turned our "messaging" off to everyone over a month ago and made a huge post about it asking everyone to please contact us through our stated email [redacted] as it made it easier to respond in a timely manner to all customers questions and concerns.
