I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Point 1: *** ** states "the assistant typed the report wit**ut check approval by management".Response to Point 1: All three pages of the report containing numerous errors were signed by *** *** ** the Lab Manager, and as stated by *** **, his signature is proof that tests have been " double checked and accurate".Point 2: *** ** states "the error was quickly discovered and the customer was called".Response to Point 2: The error was actually discovered by the customer on October 6, 2015 and an email was sent to *** *** at Southern Spectrographic asking where the results for the silver content wereWithin minutes *** *** emailed a revised report once again s**wing DETECTION LIMITS for the gold and silver content in the samples.(DETECTION LIMITS are only an estimate of the amounts of metals found in a sample)Each test is run at a cost of $I did not pay for estimates of the contents of the samples I sent.Once again all three pages were signed by *** *** **, supposed proof that all tests were " double checked and accurate".Point 3: Southern Spectrographic offered to run the analysis again at no costResponse to Point 3: This is a statement and there is no record of the offer to run the tests again.Point 4: *** ** states the tests were run again and that the results were the same.Response to Point 4: Where are these results?Point 5: *** ** stated "He began to use explicit language and informed us that we were incompetent".Response to Point 5: I asked to speak to *** *** ***, the Lab Manager I had been dealing with for the past several yearsSeveral years ago, *** *** had taken the time to explain to me the procedures normally used in his lab for this type of testingDETECTION LIMITS (estimates) were never used in the reports when he was the Lab Manager. (Report dated May 31, #*** and Report dated June 15, #*** are samples as to what reports of this type s**uld include. So far I have not received a refund or a call from *** *** or *** *** ***, his partner, and I believe they are unaware of what is now occurring in the Laboratory currently managed by *** *** **.
