I am rejecting this response because: This person is lyingAgain I had no issues when the techs came out to my houseI was more than polite The only issues I had was they never were able to fix the problem the first time They had to come out for the same issues up to timesI did get into it with management because they were all is Had no clue as to what they were doing For what ever reason they could not grasp that each time I made an appointment it was time that I could not workWhen I don't not work I do not make moneyThe refused to understand that and did not careIn some cases they did not show up and left me hangingI want this complaint left on their record

It is factual that several attempts were made by both Master Technicians and Field Services Managers to satisfy this gentlemen’s numerous and differing complaints It is factual that in each situation this gentleman subjected our employees to such verbal abuse as indicated by his own use of words in his previous correspondence It is factual this gentleman threatened our employees with the statement, “Heads will roll!” leading Southern Star’srefusal to continue to subject our employees to his abuse. I thank you again for the opportunity to address this unfortunate situation. Southern Star considers this matter closed and will not comply with this gentleman’s demand for $1,

Southern Star takes customer service very seriously.  We are proud to maintain a 9.7 out of 10 approval rating from the approximately 400,000 customers we service each year.  Southern Star strives to ensure every customer is serviced to their satisfaction however, unfortunately and...

despite our best efforts, there are times a resolution cannot be found.   In regard to the complaint specifically, our team attempted on multiple occasions to successfully satisfy this gentleman with new complaints arising each time.  Additionally, this gentleman was very hostile and verbally abusive to our technicians and management.  The safety of our customers and employees is of the highest priority to Southern Star.  The situation proceeding our refusal to further service this customer occurred when he threatened our employees stating, “Heads will roll!”  I could not continue to subject our employees to hostility and threats of this kind.
