I explained to Miss [redacted] that if the shop disagrees with our estimate the shop can call the appraiser and they will work out the difference. I also told her that once the vehicle is in the shop I will provide a rental. If she wanted to get her car fixed all she has to do is take it to the shop. Sincerely, [redacted] District Manager
