Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. Please respond here ONLY]I have only started taking care of the propane bill my husband always paid this bill . When I paid for the propane in dec 2013 then again jan 2014 I did not complain because at that timeI was trying to run a business my husband left when he passed and work full time also  run a farm all by myself . I may have not questioned Jan tank of gas but they failed to leave me a receipt that day that they said they filled it like they normally do and just sent me a bill in the mail. How can a 1300square foot house with only a gas stove use that much gas in a 3 week time period even after they checked for a leak.My electric bill with my air set at 72 degrees and run 2 ceiling fans 24/7 plus when Im home a tv only be one hundred dollars a month.I really believe I did not receive this tank of gas.  Regards,[redacted]
