Concrete driveway has chunks missing since week warranty check up after purchasemonth warranty check up also requested issue to be fixed We closed on a new construction Chesapeake Homes house on October 31, We first reported the issue with the driveway concrete to Chesapeake Homes on our week warranty service request on (1/31/17)Chesapeake Homes contacted [redacted] (their concrete company) to address the issues in May, [redacted] tried patching a chunk which looked awful and would not do anything else to fix the issuesThe patch ended up coming upWe continued to try to get [redacted] to fix the issues without responseWe put the issue with the concrete on our month warranty report and Chesapeake Homes once again gave us a work order for [redacted] to contact us to fix the issueWhen [redacted] finally did contact us they said they were not going to fix it and refused to return calls to us and Chesapeake Homes, we are told
Finish the work requesting to be done for week walk through in a professional, manner with quality work
Purchased a condo in ***'s *** in *** ** on *** This was a new construction which included week warranty walk thru and month walk thru Issues with laundry area doors were difficult to resolve, including after several attempts to communicate with President of the company I was left without laundry doors from September-January, then finally installed door knobs on those doors in March Site supervisor attempted to fix trimming around those doors, but his work was unacceptable After attempting to resolve issues with warranty person and sales person *** *** without any results My week walk thru repairs have not been completed almost year into living in the property The lack of communication, poor quality of work, and resistance from powers to be to address issues, I have no other choices but to let another entity in hop
