I purchased items that Shipito were due to ship onwards to meI paid in advance for shipping, insurance and extra protective packagingPrior to shipping they sent a photo of the goodsThere was a plate that was clearly brokenI contacted them immediatelyI was told that a supervisor would contact meThe shipment was sent regardlessI continuously contacted the company to resolve the situation but I was told to contact a different address or emailWhen the package arrived to me, the box was four times too big for the itemsThere was no extra protective packaging which I had paid forThe item that had been broken prior to shipping had further broken and because there was vast amount of empty room, the remaining items had been banging against each other and were also damagedI again contacted the company and again was told to contact a different departmentI provided all the email address available with pictures that I took on opening my shipment and the pictures that the company had taken themselves prior to shippingOver three weeks later, countless emails and chats with "support" agents and I have let to receive any correspondence from an employee of Shipito who can deal with my complaintI have made many online purchases over the past years and have never encountered such poor service or supportAll the items I purchased were damaged due to bad packaging, I paid for extra packaging but did not receive it and I've had to dispose of the items as they were unusableShipito don't seem concerned about my complaint even though all damage was due to their lack of duty of care with my shipmentI would urge people to avoid this company at all costs

This business is a scam My wife just had her identity stolen and a person bought $dollar shoes online to have them shipped to the ShipItTo in Minden, NV
ShipItTo then forwards the package overseas to the buyer, shielding the true identity of the buyer Basically like a money laundering scheme
This should be shut down

I had a similar experience as the other person posted. Someone hacked into my [redacted] account and used my e gift card to buy some kind of computer equipment. It was shipped to a foreign name, sounds Russian or Polish, at this address. I don't know if it's actually the business but the fact that it's happened to someone else is suspicious. No wonder they aren't accredited by Revdex.com...

I made some purchases using Shipito's services and only at the last time I opted for the package consolidation service. The consolidation took place within the correct deadline and the package was posted to Brazil, resulting in a fairly high freight value (close to US$300). The negative surprise came when the package arrived at my residence missing an item, a Whithings watch. I tried to contact Shipito through the chat, e-mail or service channels of the site, but I was informed that since there was no insurance, nothing could be done. The absurdity is that the item appears in the pre-consolidation photo, but was subtracted after opening the packages by Shipito. In my oppinion, it is very clear that the watch was subtracted from the consolidated package at Shipito's warehouse. Unfortunate situation, which I never imagined happening with an American company!

Last night an online account of mine was hacked and my personal and credit card information compromised by someone named Lldar Y[redacted] who placed an order and requested it shipped to the Shipito address in Minden, NV. I immediately contacted the online account, my credit card company, and Shipito after discovering it on the internet. I gave them the name of the person whose name was on the order and was told they would close his account - so apparently, the perp, Lldar Y[redacted] (Russia) did actually have an account with them. There is no way to know how much damage this person has been doing to unsuspecting US citizens through this shipping company. I would not advise using this company for this reason. They need to clean up their act and if they really did close this person's account, that would be a good start. So as always, anyone with an online account, BEWARE!

Whoever owns this company hacked my [redacted] and had items shipped to them from my account. I don't know yet the total of all they charged but I'm working on it...scammers

Today, I had someone hack into my PayPal account, charge some men's athletic shoes and ship them to a Russian man via this shipping company who then will forward packages anywhere in the world, using their address for the return. Pretty slick operation

I purchased an item from them on [redacted]. Immediately after the auction closed I attempted to pay and was unable to because the seller hadnt claculated shipling to my location. I sent the seller 2 messages to try and resolve the issue with no response. I logged on several more times over the next 5 days and was still unable to pay and didnt hear back. On the 6th day I got a message from the seller that the issue was resolved. By that point I had bought the item elsewhere. The seller filed a non payment claim against me.
