Requires me to come to store to process refund on my debit card. I asked them to send a check. They said, "no".I allowed this dealership to process $1,000 against my debit card to hold a bike for me. The bike, according to them, had just been delivered to that store on a normal order, not special for me. The bike was never modified with add-ons I chose because we were never able to lock on a specific price for the bike due to the fact that I wanted to swap out the exhaust system after giving the deposit. In the end, the store could not or would not match the price of another dealer ... so ... when I left the store, I left with all parties (them and me) understanding that I was not going to buy right now. The next day, however, I went to the other dealership and bought a bike there. When I called this store to ask that they refund my $1,000, they said I had to come there to get the refund. I asked that they mail a chek to me because this is an 80 mile round trip. And, I'd like for them to mail the check by the end of April [redacted]. This is both a refund and strong are sales tectic making me come back to their store unnecessarily. It's like they are trying to punish me for not buying from them.Desired SettlementI would like for this dealership to send me a refund check in the amount of $1,000 immediately by April 30, [redacted].Business Response Talked to [redacted] on the phone and got his debit card information and returned his $1000.00 deposit.
