Ms [redacted] at first declined the diagnastic service to remedy her dash lights being out and check out her hid headlightAfter we did her oil change she changed her mind and decided that she did want us to perform the workI asked her if she could drop off her car and offered her a ride homeI explained to her that even though she did not have an appointment we would be able to get to her car and do a diagnostic service after my techs got caught up on the work they already hadShe said she had plenty of work to keep her busy and that she did not mind waitingI repeated to her that it could easily be a few hours and that the $diagnostic fee only covered the cost of the work to assess the problem and that after we found out why her dash lights were not working that we could give her a cost on the repairShe was polite and cognizantIn do not know why she came in the following day and was so upsetI tried to help herbut she would not let methanksDavid L***
