On 6/11/17, Southern Tier Towing & Recovery, Inc., was called to pick up Ford MustangAs stated in the complaint I told them I would take it to my storage lot and drop if off to the garage, Bush and Son's which is about 1/a mile from my storage lot and I would not charge storageWhen the
husband called the next day they asked that it be dropped off at *** *** *** *** *** *** The husband was upset then with the bill and said "drop it off, my wife is there and she will pay you"My driver showed up with the vehicle and the wife began disputing the billEnclosed you will find a copy of the rate sheet that has to be and is approved by the Board, of The City of JamestownIt has to be approved before we can be on the Police Tow listIf our rates are too high, we are expected to lower them and resubmit new rates to the boardMy driver called to let me know what was going on and I told him that we charged the $instead of $for delivery feeI explained that to the husband before my driver left to deliver the vehicleShe continued to dispute the bill & I told my driver that if they don't want to pay the bill, to bring the vehicle backThe husband showed up and argued with my driver and then THREW his license at my driverMy driver called me and I called the policeDispatch instructed me to have my driver leave the property and go down the street until help arrivesI instructed my driver to charge them $for having to sit there with the truck idling. What should have been an easy drop, resulted in my driver being assaulted and costing them more money Also enclosed is a copy of the bill
