Awful customer service. Loss of items and over paid for services not recieved.Truck was to have transmission rebuilt ($4,000) and injection pump($1,700) put on-labor($240). This amount was paid up front on August 29th, 2013 in the form of cash. Ticket #:[redacted] The truck was to be ready in a week. Never got a phone call, saying it was ready for pick up. My husband and I both had to call several times to find out anything. They were rude about everything. It ended up taking them 2 weeks to get the truck back to us, without having the Injection pump put on. I told them we couldn't wait any longer because he needed the truck in Texas since that is where he is stationed in the Army. They told me the truck would be ready for pick-up on Friday September 13th, 2013. My boss offered to take my up there and drop me off to get it. When I got there they told me they lost the keys to his truck. I thought they were just lieing after all the trouble they had giving up. They weren't, they had to have a key made and these two young boys brought the truck to my work, since I had no vehicle at work with me, because they said the 2001 Dodge 2500 would be ready. When the boys dropped the truck off, they failed to put it park, this could have been bad if the truck was parked on a hill. Also, the truck had several dents in it that were not there when he dropped the truck off at Southern Trucks. They also failed to clean all the transmission fluid they left in the bed of the truck to soak into the bed-liner. This isn't all.... When I went there September 27th, 2013 to pick up the New Injection Pump that was never put on, they told me, we owed them another ($400) for the old injection pump. I told them we did not. This is the worst part...keep in mind I have been very polite this whole time. As I was walking out the door, [redacted](the owner) says "It's customers like that that keep me in business". I'm sure I'm leaving something out. Over all, customer service was very poor, nothing was done on time when they said it would be, they did not offer to make him another key(with remote) that they had lost, they did not return product as they received or in better condition. I can honestly say we will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone else. Desired SettlementWe don't want a settlement, but it would have been nice of them to give us the money back for the labor they did not perform, for the key and remote they lost, and for the trouble of him being without a vehicle unfinished a week over when they said it would be ready. Business Response I am responding to the complaint from [redacted] , After speaking with [redacted] regarding her complaint . It seemed she was rude and short with us every time she came into our store , In other words , some people you just can't satisfy... Yes the part took way too long to get here and we apologized several times to them for that , however it was shipped to the wrong business and took an extra week to get it reordered and shipped to our store . Regarding the core , it is refunded to us once we send in the old part and since Mrs [redacted] couldn't wait on us to replace the pump, we in return had to charge a core charge for the pump... As any shop would have to do. We did knock some of the balance off after key issue and since we didn't perform all the work... We also apologized over and over to her for things not going as smoothly as we had hoped , Regarding the cleaning, we also offered a full detail job, but as always she was in way too big of a hurry to let us take care of that... I would like for you to tell her how so very SORRY we are for the lack of our carrier being able to deliver a part to us on time and that we no longer use them , because of this job...Because CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our main goal !!
