I know I should've done this review a long time ago, but I was really fed up with this companyI bought a Subaru Impreza STi about a year ago from these malicious peopleThe same day I drove the car home the check engine light came on and had no idea why, so the following day I took it back to the dealer so they can check it outThis went on back and forth for a few months of them trying to say they fixed the problem which they never didI took the car to a local shop which ironically was a block away from the dealer; the shop did a compression test and what do you know, a blown motor! Pistons were shotI had to rebuild the motor which cost me near $5,and during the holiday timesAfter I had spoken to the owner, Chris, about what I found which I'm sure his mechanics and himself knew the motor was blown because on a conversation over the phone that I had with Chris, Chris did mention that his mechanics suspected that it could have something to do with the pistons; he didn't want to take the car backHis answer was maybe we shouldn't sell anymore cars that have 100k milesWhat a jokeI was willing to rebuild the motor because at this point I really had no choice but Chris wasn't willing to help with the repairs even though all I had asked from him was to pay the labor and I would take care of supplying all the parts in order to get the rebuild doneSeems like a fair deal right? But according to Chris he said that he wasn't able to help me with anything and that there was nothing he could do for meWhat time of business man is that? I was going to sue because of the financial burden this point on my finances and the unfairness this was to me, but I am not that type of personI am sure I would've won the case and would've received a bigger settlement than the money for the labor that I was asking for because I did get advice from an attorney friend of mine which happens to be one of the biggest attorney's in FloridaNo one should ever buy a car from a dealer or this owner that is so unfair and that doesn't care about his business nor customersI'm sure if this situation would happen to him the outcome would be differentDON'T EVER BUY FROM SOUTHERN TRUST AUTO GROUPThey have no "trust" like their name implies, just a bunch of thieves that are going to steal your moneyI wonder how many other people that have screwed over in the pastI would stay way from this dealership

Jeff and Chris worked very hard to solidify my financing
Very professional!!

I bought an F150 from the dealership and the same day, I say again the SAME DAY I bought it the truck stopped working!!! Less than 1 hour away from the dealership. I had to get it towed under my insurance (with some out of pocket expense) back to the dealership. They kept the truck for approximately one week where they claimed to have fixed the problem. The company had the truck delivered to me and the very next day I had issues with the truck. I had to take it to a mechanic where they identified the problem as a loose hose and lots of corrosions. They also inform me that the check engine light on the truck had been disabled and that it will not illuminate when the truck was turned on! Southern Trust Auto Group in my opinion is deceitful and dishonest and only wants to take your money. They do not care that the truck stopped working on an expressway with my five-year-old twins in it; they do not care how I will get to work or how much additional money I will spend on this truck.

I know I should've done this review a long time ago, but I was really fed up with this company. I bought a 2007 Subaru Impreza STi about a year ago from these malicious people. The same day I drove the car home the check engine light came on and had no idea why, so the following day I took it back to the dealer so they can check it out. This went on back and forth for a few months of them trying to say they fixed the problem which they never did. I took the car to a local shop which ironically was a block away from the dealer; the shop did a compression test and what do you know, a blown motor! Pistons were shot. I had to rebuild the motor which cost me near $5,000 and during the holiday times. After I had spoken to the owner, Chris, about what I found which I'm sure his mechanics and himself knew the motor was blown because on a conversation over the phone that I had with Chris, Chris did mention that his mechanics suspected that it could have something to do with the pistons; he didn't want to take the car back. His answer was maybe we shouldn't sell anymore cars that have 100k miles. What a joke. I was willing to rebuild the motor because at this point I really had no choice but Chris wasn't willing to help with the repairs even though all I had asked from him was to pay the labor and I would take care of supplying all the parts in order to get the rebuild done. Seems like a fair deal right? But according to Chris he said that he wasn't able to help me with anything and that there was nothing he could do for me. What time of business man is that? I was going to sue because of the financial burden this point on my finances and the unfairness this was to me, but I am not that type of person. I am sure I would've won the case and would've received a bigger settlement than the money for the labor that I was asking for because I did get advice from an attorney friend of mine which happens to be one of the biggest attorney's in Florida. No one should ever buy a car from a dealer or this owner that is so unfair and that doesn't care about his business nor customers. I'm sure if this situation would happen to him the outcome would be different. DON'T EVER BUY FROM SOUTHERN TRUST AUTO GROUP. They have no "trust" like their name implies, just a bunch of thieves that are going to steal your money. I wonder how many other people that have screwed over in the past. I would stay way from this dealership.

My car was involved in an accident and ended up being totaled. I ended up buying a used car through a private dealer, friend of a friend, and the car did not turn out to be what I expected. The private dealer said he would give me my money back and then changed his mind at the last minute. While all this was going on, Jeff A[redacted] was HIGHLY recommended by a few of my co-workers. I met with him and explained my situation. He was extremely sympathetic and listened to my concerns. He assured me that everything will work out and that he will make sure that I walk away with a reliable car and that it fits in my budget. He followed through on that promise and I swear, the transaction was the smoothest transaction I ever dealt with. Jeff was absolutely amazing. Such an amazing team at Southern Trust Auto Group. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used car at an even better price. SOUTHERN TRUST IS ONE OF MY BEST EXPERIENCES. Very pleased! No pressure at all!
