I hired this contractor to repair my gutters along with other additional repairs to my home. However, when it rained I noticed the gutters are still leaking in multiple places. I reached out to the contractor but he will not return to repair the gutters so they don't leak. I asked for a refund so I could hire someone else to do repairs but he will not refund me for his poorly done repairs.

Refund It's apparent this contractor is unable to repair the gutters so they don't leak so I would like a refund of $550 to hire someone else who can professionally repair them.
