This customer has given info we have had this tv for several months due to back order and severe damage because this tv was found sitting out by the road in the garbage *** has talked to him about the situation that when you pick stuff up anything especially out the garbage there is a high
chance of everything including panel that would have to be replaced in the set this tv in question has had a lot of time in because of it sitting out side with oblivious rain damage this customer in question did not purchase the tv he picked it up out the trash from the side of the road he will be mailed back his deposit in the amount of

I am rejecting this response because: I have called Southern TV Repair numerous times since I brought them my TV on July 26th. Every time I have called I spoke to [redacted], who said I would have to talk to [redacted] to find out what was wrong with the TV. She was never available. So, after waiting for 7 weeks for an estimate, I called them on September 13th and told them I would be picking up my TV that day. Since I had paid the $55 for a diagnosis and had never gotten one, I felt I was entitled to a refund of the fee I paid, as well as the return of my TV. How long is someone supposed to wait to get a diagnosis of the problem? In the meantime, I had to buy a new TV.

MRS. [redacted] CAME IN ON 07/26/16  PAID A IN SHOP EST OF 55.00 ANYTHING THAT COMES INTO ARE BUSINESS IS CHARGED A IN SHOP ESTIMATE THAT GOES STRICTLY TOWARD LABOR WHICH IS POSTED UP FRONT FOR THE CUSTOMERS .  HOW WE DO ARE EST FEE IS BY SIZE AND TYPE WHICH HERS TELEVISION IS A 32...

PLASMA ARE FEE FOR THAT IS 70.00 WE WENT AHEAD AND DROPPED THAT AMOUNT TO  55.00 IN SHOP EST TO BETTER ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMER THE  TELEVISION CAME IN THAT THE SET WOULD  SHUT DOWN AFTER TESTING AND TROUBLESHOOTING THE SET . WE NOTICED THAT A PORTION OF THE PLASMA SCREEN WOULD COME ON THE SLOWLY FADE OUT DO TO A BAD PANEL ON THE SET .CALLED CUSTOMERBACK 7/29/16 AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HER TO CALL US BACK ABOUT HER TELEVISION   SET HAS A BAD PANEL CUSTOMER SAID THAT SHE WILL PICK THE TELEVISION UP  AND FOR US TO CLOSE OUT INVOICE . I CLOSED OUT THE INVOICE ON 09/13/2016 AND PUT SET BACK TOGETHER SO THAT THE CUSTOMER COULD COME GET SET FROM SHOP.IT TAKES TIME AND LABOR THREW THE TECH TO DIAGNOCE THE SET AND WE FEEL THAT WE WERE MORE THEN FAIR WITH THIS CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER CAME TO PICK UP TELEVISION WITH TWO OTHER PEOPLE . I GOT THE INVOICE OUT FOR HER TO SIGHN THAT SHE WAS PICKING IT UP . AND MRS. [redacted] FRIEND CAME IN AND TOLD HER THAT SHE IS NOT TO SIGHN THE INVOICE THAT SHE WANTS THE IN SHOP ESTIMATE REFUNDED I EXPLAINED AGAIN TO MRS. [redacted] HOW THE IN SHOP ESTIMATE WORKED SHE REALLY DID NOT SAY TO MUCH.  I TOLD MRS. [redacted] THAT IN ORDER FOR HER TO PICK THE TELEVISION UP  THAT THE  INVOICE HAS TO BE SIGHNED THAT THE TELEVISION IS BEING PICKED UP BY THE CUSTOMER. HER FRIEND AGAIN TOLD HER NOT TO SIGHEN I ASKED HER FRIEND IF THIS WAS HER TELEVISON SHE SAID NO I TOLD HER THAT THIS SET BELONGS TO MRS. [redacted] AND THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO DISCUSS ANY THING FURTHER  WITH HER ABOUT TELEVISION SINCE SHE IS NOT THE OWNER OF THE SET . MRS [redacted] DID NOT SAY ANYTHING AND THEY TURNED AROUND AS MRS.[redacted] AND HER FRIENDS WERE LEAVING HER FRIEND YELLED THAT SHE WOULD CONTACT THE Revdex.com AND WILL GET THE 55.00 BACK.
