This company is the most unprofessional one I have ever encounteredThey don't show up at scheduled meetingsThey don't return phone callsThey make dozens of excuses for their employees ineptnessI don't see how they stay in business and I will be sure to spread the word

I made a great decision going with Pride roofingAfter receiving a roof inspection my wife and I had many question that were all answered and all of our concerns were addressedThey genuinely appeared to make sure we understood the issues we had and that they were willing to be patient with all our questions, which I appreciate greatlyAfter the roof was complete they left things neat & clean which is always a plusSo far it's been months since the roof has been replaced and everything is holding up great, there are no leaks and it looks amazing!

We had our roof replaced a little over a year ago and I would not recommend Pride Roofing My first experience with them was also positive but that did not last long Our original contact was great but left after the claim and estimate process and I was then assigned another person to work with I had a bad feeling during the negotiation and contract process with the new salesman but went ahead and signed the proposal We had several instances of what he said/promised did not happen along with issues with the wrong supplies being ordered For instance, he submitted the order for the drip edge without asking what color we wanted You can imagine my surprise when I came home and I saw bright white drip edge that totally does not match our dark house They ended up fixing their mistake by painting the drip edge to match the house Another issue we had was with the workers that were onsite Our dogs got into chicken bones along with other scraps/trash that was left in our front yard that they threw out after lunch that we had to clean up Lastly, I am currently in the process of switching homeowner's insurance and my agent asked for a wind mitigation certificate so I called Pride Roofing to see if they had given me one and I misplaced it or if one was even done The lady in the office was very nice and gave me the name and number of the inspector they use for the certificates I called the number and it was not an inspector but an individual's cell that had no idea what I was talking about I called Pride back the next day and she gave me another number to try which I called and left a voicemail The following day I received a returned call and this time it was an inspector but he had never heard of Pride Roofing It was late on a Friday so I did not call Pride back and did not follow up until Wednesday of the following week I called Pride again and she gave me yet another number to call I contact that inspector and was told that they do work with Pride but they did not inspect my house I call Pride again and talk with the same lady except this time she asks for my address and placed me on hold Another employee picks up the phone and tells me that an inspection was never completed because it was not in my contract When I asked why didn't the lady tell me that a week ago so would not have chased my tail for a week, he responded rudely that I should have read my contract and wished he would have known sooner It does not get more unprofessional than that I do not have an issue with the quality of the work but the sales and administrative aspects of the experience were not good

Very pleased with Pride roofing. They quoted reasonably, they completed the job in a reasonable time frame, they were very communicative and showed up when they said they would. All in all we had a very good experience and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

I was initially very impressed with this company. I hired Pride Roofing to replace the roof on my home. It did not take long to realize the name did not reflect the company.

I think it is essential for the public to be made aware of my experience to prevent financial harm as well as prevent an unnecessary bad experience.

The foreman on this job left to go to Home Depot which is 4 miles from my home. He returned 3 1/2 hours later unable to work because of drugs or alcohol. He was terminated the next day.

Unfortunately, there was a continuum of problems but the most serious was the fact that Pride Roofing withheld fund from the supplier of the shingles which almost resulted in a lien placed on my home. (Florida)

I would strongly suggest not hiring Pride Roofing.

I give Pride Roofing a big 10. After calling three companies they were the only ones to show up for a estimate.
We set up a time and date to start work and they showed up right on time. This is the first time since living in Florida that I was showed a.license and insurance without asking. All the work was done in a professional manner.
I would recommend this company without question.

We hired John Hayes of Southern Video Designs for our event in August of 2016. He took our money and we have not heard from him since. He has not returned one email or call. Beware of this business and this man.

We hired [redacted] to film our wedding and almost 8 months later we still do not have it. [redacted] was so great to work with before and at our wedding, however after the wedding communication on his part has gone cold.At about the four month mark of not receiving our video my husband called and emailed [redacted] asking if we would be getting our video soon with no response from him. We looked at our contract and saw it said it could take up to six months, while we were not happy it was our mistake for not looking closely. We decided to give it a few more months and surely it wouldn't take the full six months. 5 1/2 months came and we didn't have our video. I reached out to [redacted] via email and phone to which I left a voicemail and he never returned it. He did email me several weeks later saying he had a few more videos to finish before he got to ours and he would let me know of a more definite date soon. I was upset he hadn't even started ours and was going to break the contract but I let it be and waited for a definite date. I never got one. Two more months went by and I called and emailed him again. Of course, he didn't return my call but emailed me 3 days later saying he had 3 more videos to finish before he got to ours. I got very upset and told him I didn't buy his lies and there is no way he was that busy that he hadn't worked on at least one video since the last time he told me that, two months ago. I told him I would go to the Revdex.com. It is ridiculous that his communication is minimal, he doesn't return my calls and only emails with very vague information and has not once sincerely apologized for breaking his contract or given us a definitive date for when we will get our video back. I feel like we got scammed and taken advantage of. He got great reviews when I did my research and he did great at our wedding but none of that means anything without a video. We spent good money on it and I want it now.Desired SettlementI would like our video finished by the end of the summer and to our satisfaction with a 50% refund for breaking the contract .
