Services, Rory *** I hired Rory to paint, repair and caulk several walls, trim, baseboards and crown molding on my upstairs landingI was concerned about the quality of the work because the area is visible and has some detail in the crown molding Rory was communicative from the beginning, asking several questions and gathering factsHe did a quality jobHe did great prep work by scraping out and cleaning out the old caulking before applying newAlso did nice work on painting the detailed areas and wallsWould definitely recommend
I had some water damage to my ceiling from an overflowed bathroom sinkMr Sherril offered great advice to limit the damage and he repaired the ceiling promptlyMr Sherril was very professionalI will definitely use his services again

Rory has worked for me two times doing completely different projects, and I was impressed with the quality of his work and professionalism both times. I will continue to use him for handyman services, and can happily recommend his work.
Over the past two days, I've had an extremely positive experience with Southern Vintage Services. Rory is awesome. I called him on a Monday morning and he was out later that day. He fixed a few holes in my drywall and then patched some holes in my doors at no extra charge. I liked the experience so much that I asked him if I could get on the schedule to have him come back out to replace some rotted trim around my back door and repaint my shed. To my surprise, he carved some time out for me the very next day and just finished that work this afternoon. Again, he saw something else that needed tending (exposed septic access port) and fixed it without charging me. He's very well-rounded in his skillset, extremely personable and very prompt and courteous. He's someone that I'd trust to work around my wife and child if I weren't home. And, he has an extremely professional commerce system - providing electronic estimates, invoices, and receipts with all forms of payment capabilities. I'll definitely be calling on Rory again and recommending him to those I know.
