purchaser was advice if he didn't like the truck to bring it back to our locations and we'd give his money backPurchaser has failed to do soPer the contract he signed he purchased it as is where is with no warranties SWAT went above the call of duty to offer a free refund if the truck was brought back to our location with a clear title SWAT had no requirements to give a dollar refund to the purchaser but did just to try to help the situation

complaint posted on Revdex.com will spend the 1,on legal fees to fight this caseThe female that called our company to complain was very rude and offensive in the way she went about complaining about the issue If the complaintent wants to retract all statement provided and sign a contract that 1,dollars settles the dispute and retracts all statements to Revdex.com that will be fineOtherwise we'll provide it to legal for retainer

Yes indeed SWAT offered to refund my moneyThey forgot to mention the 5% they withhold ( as stated in purchase contract ) plus the fuel it would cost to deliver it to them would come to 1500.00. the truck was sold to me *** *** it was finance by mission fanancial I sent copy of paperwork to kim schulz AT THE Revdex.com as proofonce again they are lying so they can aviod paying for the repairs.I talked to the salesman several times and was advise to take truck to a shop to be repairedi did that and I fax the repair bill to them when it was finished and they agreed to send me a check to cover the repairs.but they never did and they lied saying that they had sent the check.weeks has pasted and I still dont have a check for the repairs.they knew something was wrong with that truck thats why they agreed to pay for it.the driver that drove the truck to Indianapolis,IN FROM WISCONSIN knew it was running bad when they delivered the truck.I NOTICE THEY HAVE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM FOR DOING THE SAME TO OTHER PEOPLEI WISH I HAD CHECK THEM OUT BEFORE I PURCHASE THAT TRUCK.I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.THEY NEED TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS

The purchaser was given an opportunity of a warranty on the truck he purchased only if he sent the funds on a certain day. The warranty paperwork expressly shows what day he had to have funds into our account. This didn't happenThe paperwork shows exactly what terms where and is easy

Southern Wisconsin Auto and Tire, LLC names of the employees (Dan W*** and Gary C*** ) describe their merchandise to be in good condition when it is not They include in their purchased receipt that the merchandised has been received and in working in good condition they also include a non-refund policy and also that you are not going to dispute the charges and make any complaints about them You don't have an opportunity to see the trailer before the purchase I bought a trailer from them for 12, The trailer was totally rotten and not able to be driven Didn't pass inspection It would cost 17,to fix all the damages on the trailer This company make you sign these ridiculous contracts which only benefit their scam I disputed the charges with my credit card but wasn't able to get my money back due to the fact that they included a delivery acceptance and a non-refund policy in the purchase receipt At the end they kept the trailer and my money!!! People be careful these people are out there to get scam you!!! Please read what you sign!!!!!

purchaser bought the truck as is where is with no warranties. We didn't even sell this truck to this man we sold it to a leasing company. He is purchasing it from a leasing company. Paperwork says as is with no warrantiesPaperwork warned the buyer that there was work that needed to be done before truck was legal to drive on the highways. Purchaser is required to do a pre trip inspection before he even drove the vehicle per his log book inspection and has driven it all the way to Alabama so must not have had problems with it upon pickup

Mr *** *** purchased a truck from our location as is with no warranties. He was warned on the advertisement and on the contract he sign that the unit was sold as is with no warranties and it needed repairs. Here is the disclosure that he signed for: WARNING WE DO NOT DO D.O.TINSPECTIONS ON THESE TRUCKS AND PURCHASER WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOING THEM IN HIS/HER OWN STATEWARNING YOU MAY NEED TO DO SOME TYPE OF REPAIR TO MAKE THEM SAFE AND LEGALLY DRIVEABLE ON WISCONSIN HIGHWAYS AND YOUR STATE HIGHWAYSUNITS ARE NOT INSPECTED FOR ANY TYPE OF EMMISSIONS LAWSANY PAPERWORK WE HAVE ON THE TRUCK WE WILL FORWARD TO YOUWE DO NOT MAKE ANY TYPE OF GUARANTEES THAT YOU WILL RECIEVE MAINTENANCE PAPERWORK ON THE TRUCKWE DO THE BEST WE CAN TO DESCRIBE THE TRUCK We are not responsible for any repair or upkeep on the equipment we sold him We've responded to him multiple times that it was sold as is with no warranties and challenger Mr *** *** to supply anytype of paperwork or advertisement that shows anything but as is no warranties and needs repairs. Truck was sold as is with no warranties.  On the contract and the ad  there where multiple warnings stating..  truck will need repairs to drive legally on the state highway.  Please provide any paperwork stating that there was a warranty on the truck.  If you want copies of the ad where the warnings are I can provide them.
